Black Death returns: 1 dead in Kyrgyzstan, 3 ill, 131 quarantined – fear rampant:
August 28, 2013 – KYRGYZSTAN – Health officials fear an outbreak of bubonic plague in central Asia after a teenage boy died from the disease and three more were admitted to hospital in Kyrgyzstan. Temirbek Isakunov, a 15-year-old from a mountain village near the border with Kazakhstan, reportedly died from the disease last week after eating an infected barbecued marmot. Kyrgyzstan’s emergency ministry said a young woman and two children from a different village who came into contact with Isakunov were hospitalized on Tuesday with the high fever and swelling around the neck and armpits characteristic of bubonic plague, local news outlets reported. A total of 131 people, including 33 medical personnel, have been quarantined, although none of them have yet exhibited symptoms of the disease, the newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda in Kyrgyzstan reported. The health ministry continues to find and quarantine people who came into contact with the teenager, according to its director. Kazakhstan has stepped up its border control with Kyrgyzstan and is operating quarantine points in light of the possible outbreak, the news agency Tengrinews reported. The Kazakh health ministry is searching out people who might have come into contact with the dead teenager, and is also determining where animal carriers of the disease might be moving between the two countries, according to a ministry official. The bacteria that cause bubonic plague are typically transmitted from rodents to humans via flea bites but can also be contracted through direct contact with infected tissue. Some local authorities in Russia have also grown wary over the incident, since citizens of Kyrgyzstan do not need a visa to enter the country and, according to the newspaper Izvestiya, more than 500,000 Kyrgyz work in Russia. According to TV news report in Yekaterinburg, Russia’s fourth largest city, checkpoints in the airport there are inspecting all those arriving from countries with a high bubonic plague risk. A Russian public health official said cases of bubonic plague were registered in Kazakhstan every year, and the disease existed naturally in parts of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Russia, Izvestiya reported. –Guardian

Re: F.O.G.
Hey folks, just wanted to share this post from last night's show thread, Dr. Astro was kind enough to address my questions after the show.

Oh wow, I thought of more questions for the doc.

Dr. Astro, in the Greek mythology, Zeus is holding an electrical bolt. I've seen video's of an electrical hit to a metal ball and the damage resemble the topography shown on Google Earth of Mars and Earth.

Ian said ISON is very small, and I'm wondering if the make up of that small comet has been determined?

Could it be extremely magnetized?

Could it produce some type of electrical connection when passing a planet closely?

What are the probabilities or possibilities?

scratching
 Quoting: Isis7

Previous studies of cometary magnetic fields have shown that the solar wind does interact with the comet's coma and "atmosphere," and this causes a bow shock where the magnetic field strength increases. But to put this in some perspective, even in the regions where the solar magnetoplasma piles up against the comet's atmosphere, we're talking about a magnetic field strength that is 500~1000 times weaker than earth's magnetic field. When the Giotto spacecraft passed just a few hundred kilometers from the nucleus of Halley's comet, the magnetic field readings dropped to zero. Nada.
[link to www.nature.com]
So in other words, the sun's magnetoplasma piles up around the comet's coma, but once you get close enough you cross an ionopause created by the comet's "atmosphere" and find that the comet itself is not "magnetized." This "cavity" region was indeed predicted by theory:

28th August 2013: North Node and Saturn in Scorpio

New Laws For a New Age
by Sarah Varcas

With the North Node approaching Saturn in Scorpio, the domain of Pluto, laws are changing all around us, and I don’t mean the ones we’ve made up. These are universal laws, those which govern the unfoldment of our lives and the evolution of the planet: not the ‘shoulds’ and ‘oughts’ of the human realm but the possibilities and potential of the infinite one in which everything past, present and future, has and will come to pass.

Our laws and the universal variety are so very different. The former are all about ‘little me’ and how I think life should be. The latter are all about life and how it actually is. They take account of other dimensions and data we could never comprehend with our tiny minds. They operate in the formless worlds alongside those of form, connecting everything – past, present, future and dimensions outside of time – into an intricate web of cause and effect the likes of which we could never wholly unravel no matter how long we lived. We don’t make the laws under which we actually live. We may not even understand them, but we are subject to them nonetheless. And now, at this time of massive energetic shift, they are becoming more and more apparent in our dimension. In effect the process of karmic re-balancing is intensifying its impact upon the earth plane in order to bring about a deeper cleansing, the likes of which we’ve not experienced before.

Whilst we tend to view our own karmic experience through very personal eyes – I did this and that happened which is either a) good because that’s what I wanted or b) bad because it wasn’t fair or didn’t work out the right way – what we don’t take account of is the millions of times other people have done the same thing, adding their energy to the vast pool of karmic ‘goo’ from which we all draw as members of the human race. Karma is not a solely personal affair and we are not subject to solely personal laws. We could be the most perfect, wise and compassionate person on the planet, but that doesn’t guarantee an easy ride because it’s not all about us here and now, it’s also about us in other realms and dimensions, it’s about everyone else throughout time and space who have contributed to the collective karmic well from which we draw. It’s about the vibration of the energy field of the planet at the time of our actions and being part of a collective consciousness, which shares its karma as much as living its own personal bit of it.

It is this collective karma which we will all encounter more directly from here on in. As the Age of Aquarius anchors itself on the earth plane we are more and more influenced by and influencing the collective consciousness of the planet. The karmic consequences of our actions are felt now not only by us but by everyone, just as we are experiencing the consequences of actions not undertaken by ourselves. It sounds a bit alarming I know, but the heavens do not speak of disempowerment or despair as a result of these shifts. Instead they point to the potential of such a time, because now we can change the results of other people’s behaviour just as they can influence the results of ours. Enough people acting from a place of love can negate the consequences of unloving acts, just as enough people acting from a place of hate can enhance them. Things just aren’t as personal as they used to be and we’re going to have to get used to that and decide exactly what it is we want to be contributing to the collective karmic pot, because what goes in is what will come out on a much grander scale.

Think of it like a pot of soup. We each add our favourite ingredient to it, but if lots of people have a particular penchant for onions, the soup will taste very oniony, even though other people have added a carrot here or a parsnip there. So when we share the soup it will taste of onions, whatever we’ve put into it. Those who threw in a potato or some cabbage may be thinking ‘Well this isn’t fair. I didn’t sign up for onion soup!’, but what they may fail to grasp is that they didn’t put in enough of their ingredient of choice to make a difference in the face of all those onions! This is how the karmic field is beginning to function now. If we want to draw from it positivity, peace, harmony, healing, honesty, wisdom, then that’s exactly what we need to be putting into it and in big amounts, because there are plenty of people out there putting in all kinds of very strong metaphorical onions with the capacity to over-power our contribution!

We can no longer occupy ourselves with only our little corner of the universe, imposing our own egoic laws and complaining when they don’t follow through how we think they should. The best, most compassionate deeds in the world will offer up little in the way of positive karma if the collective field is all out of positivity. Just as the most heinous deeds will have nowhere to anchor themselves in that field if it’s already full to bursting with the karmic consequences of collective hope and love. This shift in the law, from personal to collective, places great responsibility at the feet of all who recognise it, because it makes us incumbent to step up and contribute the best ingredients we can muster to the karmic pot. It doesn’t mean we must be forever sickeningly positive and smiley when we’re actually dying inside. That’s just dishonest and all we’re adding is more deception into a world already full of it. What we need to be adding is honesty and openness, authenticity and acceptance. Compassion, for ourselves and others, and all the wise actions and choices we can muster. Because as we throw them in we will be creating a well of all those qualities from which we can all draw, today, tomorrow, and for many years to come…

Have a good day everyone.

The other two are back up working. The first one, I like best as it is clearer and the small quakes are easier to see. The further away from GA these are, the smaller they will be, even if they are 6.0 - 6.5 Anything above that, usually shows rather large spikes.

From what I've been seeing for the past year,on that site, is that whenever an EQ happens or signal is showing up for a quake near the U.S or in the U.S we get signals like the ones we are seeing.
When a signal for an EQ outside the U.S shows up it looks kinda like an oval shape.

The scope of that disaster is horrific to say the least. They still "down play" it for the masses. For it to be in msm, it must be bad and they cannot hide it anymore. Two years + of the radiation in our ocean and atmosphere, what a mess.

The Strong Magnetic Field Around Our Galaxy’s Black Hole

A Special Kind of Star

The star in question, named PSR J1745-2900, is a rare breed of star. When a massive star dies, it can collapse in on itself, resulting in a smaller star made almost entirely of neutrons. When spinning neutron stars emit beams of radiation from their poles, they’re called pulsars (short for pulsating stars) because of the “blinking” appearance of the star in our skies — think of how a lighthouse only appears to light up when the beam hits your eyes. And certain pulsars have extremely strong magnetic fields, about 100,000 billion times stronger than Earth’s field; these are called magnetars. PSR J1745-2900 is a neutron star, and a pulsar, and a magnetar.

It also happens to be really close, within a light-year, of the object at the center of the Milky Way named Sagittarius A*, almost certainly a supermassive black hole. That’s fantastic news for astronomers, who’ve been looking for a pulsar near Sgr A* for 20 years, because of the insights it would give them on the area’s magnetic fields.

This past spring, astronomers discovered PSR J1745-2900, and after making absolutely certain that they really had finally found a pulsar near Sgr A*, they began figuring out what the star has to say about the black hole. A paper in this week’s edition of Nature details how they discovered that a surprisingly strong, large scale magnetic field infuses the area around Sgr A*.

That magnetic field affects the dynamics and flow patterns governing how the black hole gobbles down, or accretes, its meals of hot gas. The strong magnetic field could be slowing down the accretion process, meaning less hot gas for the hungry black hole. This, in turn, could answer some of the questions astronomers have about radiation coming from Sgr A*, as well as explain why the black hole appears to be less active than other galaxies’ central black holes.

Biological Hazard in Sweden on Wednesday, 28 August, 2013 at 17:59 (05:59 PM) UTC.
Description
A life-threatening, flesh-eating bacteria is spreading in northern Stockholm. The disease is one of the most dramatic conditions that we see in orthapedic surgery. It has an extremely quick onset which can make it seem truly dramatic. Necrotizing fasciitis, more commonly known as flesh-eating disease, is an extremely aggressive bacteria that can kill a human in less than a day. The disease attacks the tissue and the deeper layers of skin, and can have a sudden onset. All infected tissue must be removed immediately for an infected person to survive. A nationwide investigation has been launched to determine whether the disease is spreading further than just in Stockholm. The disease, in which sufferers can lose limbs or be opened from the waist to the foot, affects 0.4 people per 100,000 in the western world.
