We KNOW something is coming. We KNOW it isn't going to be good. We don't KNOW when and humans have a fear of the unknown which causes stress. We don't have control over it, so again, stress. Stress isn't always from bad things, some highly good things also cause stress and after we need to unwind and relax. Looks like to me, while there is a lull going on, we need to unwind and relax a little. Here is hoping that tonight and tomorrow, we all feel a deep sense of peace and love. When stress begins, we remember a really happy moment when we were content and peaceful and indulge in that moment, reliving it to its fullest.
