Sun is dimming? Contrarily, I felt it becoming hotter. The Sun will become bigger and expanding after Dec 22 2012, that's already written in stone, due to the arrival of the Galactic Wave, and that has been confirmed by ETs. There is nothing left to doubt.

Wonder if it is possible that the cloud covers in some way block these flare and CME influences from causing earthquakes? Or, at the severity of them.

Is there any correlation between earthquakes and where the sun is striking the earth? Just now, I checked globalincidents and its been fairly quiet for past 10 hours, the pacific is all in the dark on the d-rap.

Quiet seems to be the norm for yesterday and today. Very quiet.

Yeah its a good weekend, we need a momentary lapse in craziness. The major SS are just giving us small flares with little to no ejecta,1619 could become one to watch if it can gain a pos. polarity match, but I bet it won't.
Quake wise I'm thinking its going to pick up soon.

We do have some filaments coming around that aren't affected by our 'friendly' energy deterent,and these could give us some action next week!

Hi Whiteangel, its interesting how this quiet state matches suspicious 0bservers comment that the quake watch is over for a few days, due to the changing planetary alignments.

We've got a LARGE prominence developing on the SE portion of the sun.


And I was wrong about 1619 as its developing today,signature is looking more potent.Perhaps we're getting close to that day of solar energy coming earthside. This is the most earthside development of an SS we've seen in a long time!

For the timing to be at the end of this month or the beginning of Dec, old 1598, I think would be in the right place, but it pretty much faded away.

At this point not seeing anything coming up that could make a huge flare, leaning towards a big filament blasting off that would shoot a large CME our way. Right now, not seeing anything but 1619, like you mentioned but not use to seeing X-flares that impact Earth unless they are more southern.

Of course, as all should know by now, it isn't the size of the flare that matters, rather the size of the CME. Have read many times that a Carrington Event could happen even with a C-class flare, if the CME is huge.
