[link to rev.seis.sc.edu] Hi, I just got back on tonight and saw your post. Yes, I have heard the booms the last couple of nights, but could not make the sound out or where it was coming from. It sounded off in the distance, but loud enough to make me notice from inside the house. I believe what I heard today while outside was the thunder snow sound, which was crazy loud and made me jump. I live off Winchester Road in New Market. I am really closer to the Huntsville area. I lived in Hazel Green for several years and am familiar with Harvest and Tony also. Nice to know there are friendly GLP'ers in this area. Lol. Please keep me posted if you hear anything else. I will call some friends of mine up closer to your location and see if they heard anything. Creepy for sure!!! I have dreaded the day the booms came close enough for me to hear. I hope it turns out to be something else. All Blessings to you and yours!!!! I've seen dozens of convoys of military equipment, troop carriers, and covered trailers over the last three days heading south on Hwy 44 in mid missouri. I've also seen continuous flybys of military helicopters(blackhawks ) over the last three days. Probably nothing, but its definitely noticeable as people are talking about it. Way more activity than I've noticed ever before.I've seen military convoys many times as I travel alot with my job, this really stuck out as its been consistent over the last three days Quoting: shadasonic Very interesting.
