Hey AK try to stay cool, crazy heat wave you guys are seeing. It would seem the east coast over the next 14 days could see anywhere from 8 to 16" of rainfall, massive flooding. It would seem mother nature is ramping things up a bit!
Stay safe all!

Dangerous heatwave settles over U.S. Southwest- temps to hit 120 F in Arizona

June 26, 2013 – ARIZONA – A ridge of high pressure will cause elevated temperatures across most of the Western United States, from Arizona and California, northward to the US/Canada border. This also may bring the first monsoon storms to the region as this abnormally large ridge of high pressure takes hold. It’s that time of the year again, where a hot desert meets the Summer. Temperatures in the 100s across Phoenix will turn to 115+, with 120+ along the Colorado River Valley as a ridge of high pressure builds in the area. This ridge will be very large, bringing temperatures 15-20 degrees higher than normal for Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, New Mexico, and Utah. Other areas like Montana, and Wyoming may also be in the outer fridges of the heatwave ridge. With that heat will bring monsoonal moisture into play, California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah may see the first monsoonal thunderstorms of the season with this event. More information will be given as the data is compiled, but if in these regions, prepare for increased heat and humidity by the end of the week and into this weekend. There are indications this lasts through next week as well. –Weather Space

Location of Upwelling in Earth's Mantle Discovered to Be Stable
June 26, 2013 — A study published in Nature today shares the discovery that large-scale upwelling within Earth's mantle mostly occurs in only two places: beneath Africa and the Central Pacific. More importantly, Clinton Conrad, Associate Professor of Geology at the University of Hawaii -- Manoa's School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology (SOEST) and colleagues revealed that these upwelling locations have remained remarkably stable over geologic time, despite dramatic reconfigurations of tectonic plate motions and continental locations on the Earth's surface. "For example," said Conrad, "the Pangaea supercontinent formed and broke apart at the surface, but we think that the upwelling locations in the mantle have remained relatively constant despite this activity."

That's wild!

You guys need to check out this thread by Si<k Scent, mind blowing work on the existence of non existence.

Thread: Russian Plasma Experiment in Space Redefines 'Reality' - Down the Rabbit Hole...oops, that's not a 'hole'

from the thread:

Flux Transfer events

That is EXACTLY what they are. This is very interesting because the dynamics of these flux transfer events should be scalar. In other words, if it is happening between our magnetosphere 'bubble' and the sun, then it stands to reason that it is doing it from galactic center to the solar system. The connections may be more complex, but the overall gist of it should be fairly accurate. It is all electricity/magnetic connections, and plasma. Now, imagine the complexity of connectivity simplifying from galactic center when major celestial bodies are all lined up from galactic center to earth. It gives more credence (a LOT more, IMO) to the fact that celestial alignments do have effects on earth.

Re: F.O.G.
A historic multi-billion dollar flood disaster has killed at least eighteen people in Central Europe after record flooding unprecedented since the Middle Ages hit major rivers in Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland and Slovakia over the past two weeks. The Danube River in Passau, Germany hit the highest level since 1501, and the Saale River in Halle, Germany was the highest in its 400-year period of record. Numerous cities recorded their highest flood waters in more than a century, although in some locations the great flood of 2002 was higher. The Danube is expected to crest in Hungary's capital city of Budapest on June 10 at the highest flood level on record, 35 cm higher than the record set in 2006. The flooding was caused by torrential rains that fell on already wet soils. In a 2-day period from May 30 - June 1, portions of Austria received the amount of rain that normally falls in two-and-half months: 150 to 200 mm (5.9 to 7.9"), with isolated regions experiencing 250 mm (9.8"). This two-day rain event had a greater than 1-in-100 year recurrence interval, according to the Austrian Meteorological Agency, ZAMG. Prior to the late May rains, Austria had its seventh wettest spring in 150 years, which had resulted in the ground in the region becoming saturated, leading to greater runoff when the rains began.

Weather is going haywire worldwide! Unprecedented, is the new norm. I'm being led to believe that this is just the start to monumental climate extremes. Methane , melting northern ice causing excessive amounts of upper atmospheric moisture. The jet stream has gone mad!
