I find it rather strange that the entire ring of fire is going off at 5+ except for the west coast. Anyone find this rather strange?

Believe me, i'm trying to figure out why or what has to happen for energy to be directed there. I can tell you that all the smaller swarms are good in the fact that they release pressure and energy.
