This thread is amazing! Great job, Gab. I have been seriously hooked on that global incident map since the Japan quake. I find myself checking it several times a day. Keep up the good work...I'll be watching as well. hf

The energy flow tonight is pretty week. Best i can see is a slight flow toward South America again. If pressure isn't released somewhere else with a 4-5 mag. Chile area could get something close to a 5.5 by morning.

Thank you all, i will keep it going unless my forcasts start failing. So far its doing better than anything i've seen so far, probably running at a 80% hit rate or better. At first i though it coincidence but after this long i think i'm on to something. We shall see.

Are you also monitoring the magnetosphere site for density peaks during the earthquakes? I am very curious how much affect CME's and solar winds have on increaing earthquake activity. I am very curious to find more info on the wave of electromagnetic fluff our solar system has enterred and how that may increase more of the affects.

Yes, i believe this Solar Max we are approaching is definitely a cause of the increase in quake activity and will also be the reason for the magnitudes to start increasing even more. As we travel through fluffy (as i like to call it) it is increasingly interacting with and changing this particular solar max. And to add to all this, i believe a Brown Dwarf Star is indeed in our solar system and having its effect on the sun and all planets. The energy flow from all the above is and will continue to play havoc to Earth... and will only continue to get worse........ in my humble opinion.

A lot of energy now flowing toward Chile again, and since they have not had stress relief for 30 hrs, could be approaching 6 mag.

What I really like about this thread is the lack of commentary or off-topic posts as it makes finding and following Gab's forecasts and results very easy. Hope it stays like this and doesn't get derailed : )

One thing that would make the results more helpful is to include the corresponding link to the hit, i.e. the details for Panama's 6.0 today:

Nothing in Chile but this was close:

Not even close to the Mag i thought would hit so i have to call a miss on this one.

Whats interesting about this forcast is that this is the first time i've included a non Pacific Rim quake into my calculations:

MAP 4.5 2011/04/30 22:36:01 15.216 42.316 9.9 NEAR THE WEST COAST OF YEMEN

I believe this site is adding energy flow(although minimal) toward the Philippines region also..... we shall see.
