energy flow moving swiftly now... toward Alaska to Canadian coast.

If I am reading it correctly and this extended chart by going into the slants here [ link to www.haarp.alaska.edu] the TEC flow concentration on this chart is showing Cook Inlet area [ link to www.haarp.alaska.edu] is that correct?
