EW, are you familiar with the work of David Hawkins, particularly a book called Power vs. Force? It might be helpful reading, b/c he lays out how we can 'help' others by how we hold our energy. So, he has this scale of emotion and how if we are basically creating an energy field around us of a higher emotion, it will 'lift' others. Well, that is probably too simplistic, but there are youtube videos and lots of references to his work - you can help in any transition by simply being calm, loving, strong, etc. All the stuff we know, intuitively, right?
