Not sure of the cause/source but I'm feeling a definite difference in the quality of the Energy today. It feels just as intense but not so....harsh?...negative?....can't quite pluck the right word out of the ol' memory banks but it feels different than it has in several days.

Giving a speech, having a procedure done at the doctor/hospital - that type of thing - and you really don't want to do it but have to? You have butterflies and just flat out don't wanna go?
