Yep, yep cold to the bone over here with alternating heat. The heat I am used to with hot flashes and all.. Lol but this is the 1st winter in quite a few years that I actually need a sweater indoors. It is cold and windy here in AZ desert but not that cold! Also have a wavy feeling under my feet and I stop and wait for it to increase but it doesn't. The wavy feel is subtle. I am a bit anxious at times but then remember to breathe and start listing out all the things I am grateful for.

I am feeling very thankful to have been led to you fine people. It is a no brainer as to which threads here rock! It is a pleasure to be in such brilliant company when I come visit.. even though I mostly lurk. Man, I am thinking about and praying hard for the events unfolding down in LA. All my husband's family is there.
