Hope it works for you all like it did for me. FYI if you have a fever with the flu and then chest congestion, do not take Advil...for some reason it makes the chest conjestion worse. Take Tylenol (acetaminophen). Advil kicks the fever better, but it increases the conjestion. I do not know about aspirin as I do not really take it.

Good to know! Think we did give mom Advil for body pain! Jeesh... Fortunately we are all out of the woods. Funny both hubby and mom have stopped coughing. I am still coughing but tested negative for flu. I feel okay tho and am thankful to be there to help both!

Hey sis!

From what I've gathered we're in a cycle of constant change. These polar vortex jet stream drops are going to continue for a while and we can expect crazy temp fluctuations and 'mean' storms for a long while. It looks like drought and record temps are again in the forecast with the east of the mississippi getting alarming storms.The weather channel is now showing these events and classifying them as drastic climate change events. Storms such as Sandy will become commonplace and we are to expect constant rise in ocean levels.

Theres such a drop in the solar particle intake and lack of polar rain that we can expect a very cold solar cycle of at least 11 to 13 years, maybe surpassing the maunder minimum. The chance of a magnetic pole shift is really at least in my eyes is becoming more of a possibility, with drastic polar changes taking place etc.... Look at the way SO is pushing us to look that direction with his daily news and special reports. If not theres still unprecedented events taking place and I believe they will continue indefinitely until this cycle snaps or great changes take place.

I've got a conference coming up on nothing but climate change and 'dealing with continued future changes'. The biological science community is at least willing to inform and deal with these events. It seems to me people are waking up in big numbers these days as people I've not been able to reach are now coming to me for info and are legitimately frightened. These earth and solar changes are becoming to big and common to ignore.

I still believe its a fantastic time to be alive,we've got the chance to learn grow and become more enlightened souls. Stay safe and learn to forgive and accept foregiveness as this is a biggy.

I had this crud for over 3 weeks the best thing that helped me was putting vick's on my feet and then wearing wool socks over to bed, vick's under my nose, vick's on my chest,vick's as a steam...it seemed to really help, green peppermint tea breaks up the mucous and helps you cough it up (sorry for the gross description)chicken soup and Gatorade/Pedialyte to replenish electrolytes because this stuff sucks the energy right out of you I feel for anyone that catches this stuff it is awful and it keeps coming back every time you think you feel better it knocks you back down.

I read an interesting blog about the lack of earthquakes in the Cascadia zone. The writer also mentions that the Charlotte Island quakes were something that has not been recorded before and they are still trying to figure it out.

By coincidence the Science Channel had some hour long episodes about mega quakes last night and all of them were about this area. Apparently this area zone averages 300-350 years between 8+ earthquakes and the last one occurred in January 26, 1700; 312 years ago…looks like we are due! It’ll be interesting to see how the high rise buildings react to a long duration quake. Most building codes for earthquakes are for short duration quakes. Combine that with the massive tsunami, which will be similar to the one spoke of in the Makah Tsunami legend. The legend that has been confirmed by geological evidence!

While I was finding the above information I also stumbled across some interesting volcano activity. Most interesting is the Newberry Volcano. It is the largest volcano in the Cascades, covering an area the size of Rhode Island. Its last eruption was 1300 years ago and the last major eruption 75,000 years ago. Now fast forward to today; over the last 40 years Newberry volcano has averaged 0 earthquakes. In the last month there have been 24 earthquakes! Mount Hood and Rainer have both show increased activity in the same mountain chain. Iceland, Alaska and Russia all show increased activity as well. Most recent change further north was the Cleveland Volcano. On November 10, 2012 there was an ash cloud and they changed the alert level from ADVISORY to WATCH with the following warning, “Sudden explosions of blocks and ash remain possible with little or no warning. The previous confirmed explosion occurred on November 10. Ash clouds, if produced, could exceed 20,000 feet above sea level.”

The fire & brimstone (sulfur) that will rain down do not come from outside our planet. This will all come from volcanoes erupting miles into the atmosphere. The molten rock and ash will come raining back down into the extremely dry (decade of drought), beetle killed forest (plague?), there will be huge wildfires. The earth will shake and the crust will rupture, an extreme amount of methane and other gases will be released (smells like sulfur)…there will be large explosions where the gas releases near wildfires & molten rock…where there is no ignition there will be massive die off of all living things. There will be a giant wave that will wipe out the coast line and the waters will never recede back to their current levels. All this will throw the planet off balance and will cause it to wobble. To compensate the poles/axis will shift to re-balance. This shift will move the North Pole near Central America and the South Pole will be in the middle of Indian Ocean.
