Get better soon Tex. I think we've all had it Vicks works great and lots of chicken noodle soup and tea  Thanks, AKO. I've tried literally everything. I still think it's allergies, juniper is pollinating, but I've NEVER had it this bad before. Even when we lived in Holland and I found out I was allergic to the country, it wasn't like this. I'd love to know what's in the air that's different this winter. I wish we had a smilie for this!LOL Never mind...a sniffley, sneezie, stuffy head smilie would be too gross! I think it could be part of ascension symptoms too Texan, our DNA is possibly upgrading, so body is busy shedding, purging, burning off and puking up old toxins. The rest while sick is also key, you are making room maybe for all the new light codes and concomitant high vibrational frequency.
