question is what happens with the hemisphere and its effect on pulling that energy burp. seems to me the energy woukd the be pulled as well as pushed to the middle or the in between of thise "hemispheres" and those rocks could be caught in a sort of constant pull of high and low tide till motion of energy is depleted. sort of like two tornadoes connected at the ground point >< so to speak. the back and forth momentum could be a bit shakey. upheaval but not total destruction? who knows? just a thought.
