Seismic unrest at El Hierro Island (Canary Islands) in 2011-13: updates
The scenario of an eruption in the near future is becoming increasingly likely:
- Volcanic tremor continues, suggesting magma is still moving although mostly laterally for the time being to an area just north off the western tip of the island.
- Earthquakes continue at high frequency and increasing magnitudes (more than 90 quakes above magnitude 2, including 8 of magnitudes 3-3.5 so far today). Their epicenters have remained at 14-16 km depth mostly, with some shallower events as well.
- Deformation of the western part of the island continues to increase, with vertical uplift reaching about 5 cm on some stations in the westernmost part of the island.
The Spanish research vessel Roman Margaleff is on its way to investigate the area offshore western El Hierro, and INVOLCAN is planning a field survey in the coming days. Their results will likely give more clues about what is going on.

Earthquakes and tremor have continued through the day, and continued to migrate a bit to the NW off the NW tip of the island. So far, 62 quakes above magnitude 2 have been recorded today.
In addition, the average depth of the latest earthquakes has become a bit shallower and is now around 13 km (compared to 17-20 km before). This suggests that magma is still moving and has risen a bit closer to the surface, and, thus, a possible eruption

IMHO this isn't from a CME or at least not most of it. CME's are typically show up from the bottom up, not just a mid line in the middle of the chart. 2.5 most have noticed leads to more EQ's as the signature of Earth is 2.5

What is odd for me, in 2011 I quit talking about EQ's unless they were 6.5+ as there were so many of them daily that you just couldn't keep up with them. During this time the sun was very active also, with lots and lots of M and X flares. It was a very exciting time to be a WATCHER of so many events. If [link to www.haarp.alaska.edu] showed a line on 2.5 you can bet we would get a 6+ EQ.

Now, well, it has been there since yesterday and yet there hasn't been anything to take notice of. This is leading me to think the 2.5 hz isn't so much a man made HAARP signature that caused the EQ's, rather it was the extreme in Solar activity, that we are no longer getting.

Sun is going to sleep and the EQ's have calmed down. This doesn't mean there won't be any large EQ's during the coming solar minimum, there will always be large EQ's, just like there will still be rogue X-flares on the sun even during a Grand Minimum, something that I am beginning to think we really are entering.

The only thing missing at this point would be a couple of rather large volcanic eruptions to tip our ever increasingly erratic climate over the edge and send us straight into an Ice Age. Whether it would be a mini ice age of the 1500-1800's or a full fledged one, no one has a clue. Heck, no one knows for sure what even causes them, lol.

Sure makes it hard to prep for - hot, cold, hot, cold??? Which one? Ever wonder if the world governments know danged good and well what it is and that is why they are doing what they are? Why "nanny states" are springing up every where?

I agree, now the closed lines are spread straight back. The fetal posture earlier may be from an incoming CME and now we're being hit as they flow out. For such a weak particle storm our magnetic field sucks! The signatures from yesterday and this morning still have no real answer though, and haarp 2.5 isn't a sun event.

With the increasing nature of our storm cycles I'm wondering if the strange energy I-we have been feeling is from weather manipulation, just throwing that out there. It could be from any number of combinations really. I'm a I need to know type person.LOL

Previously unknown magma layer in Earth’s mantle offers new insights into tectonics
Scientists have debated for decades as to what forces allow the planet’s tectonic plates to slide across the Earth’s mantle. Now, researchers have found a layer of liquefied molten rock in Earth’s mantle, which could potentially be that cause of the tectonic movements. This discovery will also improve our understanding of basic geologic functions of the planet and that of volcanism and earthquakes.

Scientists discovered this magma layer at the Middle America trench off Nicaragua’s shores. They imaged a 25 kilometer (15.5 mile) thick layer of partially melted mantle rock below the edge of the Cocos plate where it moves beneath Central America. Advanced seafloor electromagnetic imaging technology pioneered at Scripps Institution of Oceanography SIO was used for the purpose.

These images were captured during a 2010 expedition aboard the research vessel Melville. After deploying a vast array of seafloor instruments that recorded natural electromagnetic signals to map features of the crust and mantle, the scientists realized they had found magma in a surprising place. Kerry Key of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO) said,

“This was completely unexpected. We went out looking to get an idea of how fluids are interacting with plate subduction, but we discovered a melt layer we weren’t expecting to find.”

Shambala by Three Dog Night
This was written by the songwriter Daniel Moore, and first released by the Texas songwriter B.W. Stevenson. Moore told us:
"Regarding the song, 'Shambala,' it was written entirely by myself, Daniel Moore in the fall of 1972. It was recorded by Three Dog Night in December of 1972. It was recorded by B.W. Stevenson in Late February, 1973 and released two weeks before the Three Dog Night version was released. During those two weeks B.W.'s version sold 125,000 single 45's. Then Three Dog Night released their version and sold 1,250,000 single 45's."

Later in 1973, with the Three Dog Night version of "Shambala" climbing the charts, Stevenson released a carbon copy single called "My Maria" (credited to Stevenson and Moore), which peaked at #9 US, two months after "Shambala" hit #3.
The word "Shambala" has a spiritual meaning in the Buddhist religion, and some Tibetan Buddhists believe that it is a mystical land hidden somewhere in the Himalaya mountains. The song's writer, Daniel Moore, told us the story:
In 1972 my brother, Matthew, called me and informed me that he had received a letter from Dorothy Beg at Lake Pleasant, Massachusetts that told him where and who he had been in his past lives. He had sent a letter to her requesting this information. After recounting several past lives the letter ended with, "My messenger tells me to tell you," "Let your light shine in the halls of Shambala." In the phone conversation at that point Matthew said, "Shambala, what the hell is that?"

So I did some research and found dozens of references to the word Shambala, the 5000 year old word originating from Sanskrit. Some were weird, some were goofy but the one I liked was found in Alice Bailey's Treatise On White Magic. It basically said that there was a gigantic cavern under the Gobi Desert that has a replica of every evolving human being. And when that replica begins to light up or glow (meaning you are cleaning up your act and becoming more spiritual minded or raising your consciousness to a higher level), there is point where your replica gets bright enough to warrant a spiritual teacher being sent to you.

I remember getting excited about the sound of the word, "Shambala." Before I wrote the song, I called a friend, Eddie Zip, who I'd been working with and telling him, "That word Shambala has a magic sound to it, you ought to put together a band and call it Shambala, you couldn't lose." We had just recorded one of his songs titled "Don't Make God's Children Cry." We were getting - ELEVATED!

I wrote the words and melody, a capella, driving on the Ventura Freeway in about 10 minutes. I got home, picked up my Martin guitar and had the music finished in 5 minutes; a pretty good 15 minutes.

The recording session of my demo in 1972 was with Dean Parks and Jim Varley. Dean (playing bass) was sitting with me (I was engineering, playing the acoustic guitar and singing live) in the control room, we were wearing earphones with the speakers turned off; and fifty feet away at the other end of the studio on the other side of the glass with earphones, was Jim Varley playing drums. Twenty eight years later I had Greg Beck overdub an electric guitar and that is what you hear on this recording. That's the only time Dean Parks and Greg Beck have played together, according to Greg.

Three Dog Night heard the song through a publisher, Lindy Blaskey, who was working at ABC Dunhill Publishing. He called me and was very excited because he had gotten such a positive reaction from Three Dog Night and their producer Richie Podler. Anyway, they cut it, it was their single and it was a hit. Bless all of their hearts.

Postscript:
In the Guinness Book of World Records, under Prophecies, there is a reference to Shambala where it says, "Any one who furthers the name, "Shambala" shall be rewarded 100 times." And so it is.

I can tell y'all....from personal experience...this changed my life. The day I started counting my blessing and finding things to be grateful for....I found peace....and positive changes began to happen. It was as if the stepping stones for a good life began to fall on the ground in front of me and all I had to do was step!! Now...when I get stressed or things go badly....I start listing all the things I'm grateful for....I can be caught in traffic....or I run into an unexpected delay....and I start the list. It is remarkably calming...and while my kiddos think I'm totally crazy at times....they are learning. I also find that when hard times come...and we all have um....they just don't seem so bad because I've got so much to be grateful for.

I've been watching this again on and off all day. The quakes seem to be moving to that point....one far west tip of the Aleutian Islands and in Guam. The Canaries are having a regular shake-fest as well.

I'm feeling like something is definitely building...the meteors, the energy, the quakes.....
