You know, with all the EQ's today, it reminds me of when ELENIN was all the rage. EQ's were hot, the sun was firing off M and X flares constantly. One didn't know where the next big event would be. The forum I was didn't even count EQ's under 6.5 because there were so many every day.

Can't find where I read it, FOG or Solar thread, someone mentioned that ISON was going to start effecting us like Elenin did. If that is true, we should be in for some exciting times during the rest of the year.

Don't get me wrong, I do NOT like to see any one injured or killed but we are all watching for a reason and yes we all seem to get rather excited when it is hopping!

Another shared the following info with me and thought I would pass it along as none of us just never know. This should be printed and kept in your B.O.B.'s


Potassium Iodide
Potassium Iodide pills are certainly something every survivor should have in their B.O.B.’s. The pills, also called KI, are a salt of stable (not radioactive) iodine. Stable iodine is an important chemical needed by the body to make thyroid hormones. In the event of nuclear fallout, taking KI according to packaging directions will flood the thyroid with stable iodides, prohibiting the absorption of radioactive iodides. Due to the March 11, 2011 earthquake, tsunami, and following nuclear disaster in Japan, Potassium Iodide pills disappeared off the shelf and are backordered for weeks by the suppliers. Following are some alternatives if you do not have a supply of iodide in a worst-case


Iodine
The brown antiseptic found in most pharmacies. Be sure to not pick up the color-removed kind. The skin can absorb iodine for your thyroid. Using a Q-tip, brush a two-inch circle of iodine on a part of your body that will not be covered by clothing for the next 12-24 hours. One inch diameter circle for children. Check the color of the circle in 12 hours. If it has dissipated, re-apply. Keep reapplying until your skin is no longer absorbing the iodine, (the color does not change) having enough stable iodine will protect the thyroid absorption of radioactive iodine.

Foods
Some foods are shown to bind radioactive particles and escort them from the body, also assisting to detox the body:

Miso soup
Spirulina, chlorella and the algaes (kelp, etc.)
Brassica vegetables and high beta carotene vegetables
Beans and lentils
Potassium, calcium and mineral rich foods
High nucleotide content foods to assist in cellular repair including Spirulina, chlorella, algae, yeast, sardines, liver, anchovies and mackerel
Cod liver oil and olive oil
Avoid sugars and sweets and wheat
A good multivitamin/multimineral supplement and plenty of bottled water.

Supplements
Vitamin C. Experts warn against taking Vit C if you have preexisting cancer,
Taken before and after radiation may be extremely beneficial
Vitamin E
carotenoids
beta-carotene
vitamin A (low dose)
folate
selenium
melatonin (at bedtime).
Olive Oil

We had one this morning and like you, it is new to me also

It seems strange to have two 5+ come out of nowhere, especially in light of the area and what is going on over there.

We are energy so its normal to get excited over events that do affect us,and its all meant to happen. Pray wholeheartedly, but expect some to do what they were meant to do and then go to meet their higher energy. Ison could be an energetic monster, so we will wait and see. I was afraid of that. I'm betting our govt allows this emp to hit, if thats what it is. This has been built up to blind 90% of the sheep.They could take this out so easily, will they ?
