Also have the heat flashes again. Day and night both. Been taking fish oil and it has helped until this week.
Quoting: imjustsayin I am having the flashes as well. Sweaty one minute , okay the next. Irritable , very sleepy out of no where . Some in my circle having headaches , nausea . Put a damp hand towel in a zip lock baggie (so it doesn't dry out) and place in the freezer. When the hot flashes from hell hit, grab and place on the back of your neck. This will cool you down quickly. This also helps for those who are working out in their gardens, yard work or just playing in the sun. It will cool you quickly !!!!!
