My IP was banned. I logged in and updated my account to full member with karma. Any time I log out, and then back in it gives me the IP ban....so not sure if this has something to do with it.

Extreme earth rotation irregularities

I've been monitoring this for several years, and have never seen the earth jerked around this much.

First I had an IP ban from home and cell, then I got a bacterial staph infection in my eye from that stupid ex-house of mine which led to hospital, emergency room and Dr visits, tons of medication, cleared up and then it hit the other eye I would have scared the angels bad, bad, bad. Inner Radiation Belt Surrounding Earth Organized in Zebra Stripe Patterns
Earth's rotation generates an oscillating, weak electric field that permeates through the entire inner radiation belt. This is due to the tilt in Earth's magnetic field axis. Ukhorskiy suggests imaging electrons are like a viscous fluid so you can understand how the electric field generated by the Earth's rotation affects the electrons. He says the global oscillations slowly stretch and fold the fluid which results in the striped pattern observed in the inner belt.
