17 buoys in event mode!! [ link to www.ndbc.noaa.gov] Not to sound alarming, but I have never seen this much action on the NDBC charts. The 5.9 off the coast of Panama have the seas shaking. I am going back to Bending Lights research. I remember his thread about the Indonesia buoy where the water level dropped indicated plate slip or something like that and to watch for the drops and not the up and downs of water height. A look at those in event mode are showing just the drop! Very good catch!!
