Addressing reasons and motivations is speculative which I could do all over the place and not be accurate. I am going to try and remember some of the stated functions of this kind of technology.

this is a 1996 USAF presentation called Weather as a Force Multiplier, Owning the Weather by 2025, so it mentions some advantages militarily of weather control, also of extending radar capabilities and gives diagrams of how the mirrors are used.

Remember this is very very very outdated technology they are showing. The aerosols and charged ionosphere are needed for the mirrors.

It seems and looks here that a mass will also work, and during the really weird time here, there were some massive round tipped crescents and a couple of scary- because they are so unnatural- sets of perfectly identical rectangular bars attached to other chem structures and filling a wide visual area one lok sort of like ana 7-9 pornged tuning fork, except attached to a mass instead of a handle, and then it changed attachment location to the opposite ( n-s). The second were shorter bars lined up in in a perfectly straight line like the icon on a cell phone that shows charge. so the bars were lengthwise e-w and the stack of them was n-s.the edge of the nearest one touched a mass overhead, sort of antena like.

I can only guess that because of the gps altering tests by DOD of the year before ( documented by FAA warnings to pilots and incidentally were concurrent and preceding some of the kind of phenomena OK poster described in part of the state) that these have to do with extending or sending signal or EM alignment, but that is totally speculative from someone with a minimum of knowledge about this type of thing. Oh and lots of colored clouds shining and rolling oily neon substances came through or formed during those months as well.


OK, back to the answer. A big function is rapid communication and surveilance. I think the digital technology- cell phones,etc also use the charged atmosphere and atmospheric ionic mirrors. Various companies like raytheon have patents for equipment and mirrors. (I saw a list one time online.) Signals can be relayed to ground, aircraft ( better reception in a charged area I think), and to and from satellite. The idea is to have a conductive atmosphere.

There is possibly still a video out by tom beardon for sale, formerly accessible on YT, Google, and random other sites in which he talks about the development and principles behind the technology and what it can do, and what its potential is.

This is from an old film, from 1986 in a lecture he gave at mcdonald aircraft or some place similar. The presentation may have been to help generate interest in Star Wars funding because it is focused also on the idea that the soviets were using it against us, and that great britain and soviets had been much more active earlier in pursuing this.

Also makes an interesting comparison between the 2 frequency transmitters that interest to form a net zero equation mathematically changing transverse ( typical) wave to primarily longitudinal wave. He compares this to the front lobes of human brain and cites russian study of psychic uri geller who bent spoons.

The outcome of the net zero sum is that normal instruments of the times show nothing is happening- no power is created . This is because the transaction is happening in space/time instead of 3 space which they measure. And it produces different results that do not fit the standard principles which do not factor in vectors which were a major part of the original pre maxwell theory but presented calculation problems.

Anyway, another use, since power can be concentrated, increased, or withdrawn it can be used as weaponry.
It can also be used to create shields that hide a location or object from sensors/surveilance.

with the weather affects, storms can be created, dissolved, and the jet stream can be moved.

Beardon mentions in the film, examples of what he called hot and cold explosions which i think are nuclear in nature but not the same process that we think of as nuclear. He gives examples that he thinks illustrate this. One is the account of a pilot in earlier decades somewhere off asia who sees what he thinks is a mushroom cloud spreading toward the plane. He braces for impact, but there is none.
Beardon says that in a cold explosion energy is removed from a point and has to be transferred to somewhere else and dumped or it will go right back into the transmitter.

Not sure if this corresponds to heating and cooling air masses.

Later also mentions chaff used by us military- pre aerosol popularity- which is small bits of paper treated to have a positive and negative pole. He compared them to individual transisters and may have mentioned the potential to emit photons. i may b blurring that with something else though.

The airforce presentation above mentions using carbon as a medium to be affected by the frequency beams and mentions jet engines being attached to planes to put out carbon. This puts a different light on the global warming carbon issue since the US was not alone in pursuing this.

Beardon mentions that jet engines produce plasma which is something that is integral to all of this. Stanford writers mention affecting plasma quite a bit., and the ducting noise phenomena is at least part of time related to the state of the plasma.

He also described an interesting event off or over san diego when us had put out chaff. He blames it on soviets, but the us navy did not put the chaff out for kicks. Of course I don't remember the detail but the plane flew into the chaff area or too close, frequency was introduced he says by the soviets, and the plane plunged out of control. After it dropped below the level of the chaff and frequency the pilot could control it. Data recording that should have reflected what he saw and experienced with his equipment did not show anything abnormal had happened.

The scalar created beams can penetrate the earth he says.

Speaking of earth, the frequencies reflected and amplified and resonated back to earth can be used to stimulate or increase geological vibration, either with penetration or possibly ( because I no longer remember the science specifics) the interplay with the VLF forces of the earth.

I know they interact with the earth frequencies. I think beardon attributed some of the light ball phenomena with that. He also mentioned booms as adjustments of the grid work, but I don't know if that applies now or if that is accurate, just that they are not random occurrences.

Stanford work to give an idea about the technology:
you might try googling geometric modulation and beam painting ( together).

My first hit with beam painting was interesting as it was a japanese computer animation graphic technique. The thing is it seemed it could apply to the enhanced ionosphere as well, although right now I couldn't tell you how I formed that conclusion.

Also try HF heating of the auroral electrojet.

I will add there is an equitorial electrojet as well,
And check out the relation of the auroral electrojet to the Birkland current. It starts to remind some of us of meridian system of human body. ( The Meridian is china's program, well named)

Also read in a stanford paper something about these processes in the auroral electrojet affecting moving the magnetic poles a certain amount out of location when they occur. This puts another twist on pole shift.

I have most likely forgotten some function, and I apologize for being vague in areas, but the details of most of the technical stuff I managed to remember have gone foggy into the big picture instead of standing out on their own.

Just getting here, so haven't caught up but wanted to post this before I forgot it. My sinus infection/heavy chest congestion came on (despite my best proactive measures) this past Friday evening, as quickly as this electron chart took this somewhat wildly unusual hit (Sol googled it and it is about negatively charged energy hitting geosynchronous satellite sensors). For me, this confirms my suspicions that mucous holds code (light information necessary for dormant DNA activation). My body HAD to develop a bunch of thick mucous to grab this important incoming information. I'm a total solar nerd so this is sooo fascinating to me. I like interpreting things in a positive empowered way (I have to combat my tendency to victimize, lol). PS, I have not been sick since last spring (maybe fall, not sure). I think it is connected to photonic energy.

Again, WOW, and how perverse. Thanks AC 2532 for following up and sharing more of what you know. I can't imagine that the original engineers of this technology set out to undermine humanity. Maybe they even knew a way of using it to accelerate evolution of consciounsness but like everything else, the "Worldwide Power Over Others Cartel" got ahold of it all and them all and mangled the technology for their nefarious purposes. I hold the truth that you can't eff with Mother Nature and that it is backfiring on them as I type and that Humanity is ascending despite their best efforts to enslave us. So thank you for helping us know what we are to overcome.

Been having strange dreams too

Well I used to be able to type "mucous and computer components' into google and the article would come up. Today, I can't seem to find it, hmmmmm, I'll keep looking.

I did find this article that links sugars to mucous which fits with my other little pet theory that certain sugar cravings accompanied with lots of water drinking is also serving some kind of purpose in ascension.

The sugar and water is like a bag of Ringer's Lactate (the I.V. bag paramedics give to an accident victim on site, to reduce shock). This ascension (evolution) process can be quite a shock to our systems I would imagine, so we aid ourselves with a little sugar water. Now I see the sugars are beneficial to the mucous (mucin development). Its a little sketchy to me but I'm trying to piece it together, lol.

I often have the craving for sugar too in those times.

Here's another random thought. The earth seems to go through massive shifts during this time of year, which coincides with Easter, feast of the Ascension. Bet there is a connection.
