Again, for the Earth-was-Flat-Take-everything-in-the-BIBLE-literally PEOPLE: Judas is a metaphor for anybody who feels they can't be forgiven. It's the part of you that is always pulling you towards the complicated but which you can't hate, because it's you. SO the song is about forgiveness.

In her upcoming video, she'll take the literal meaning of the song "Judas" (Biblical version) but modernize it. The apostles will be revolutionaries, Mary will represent pop culture, Judas will be "you", and Jesus will be the light you hold on to. Basically I won't know for sure until I see it. But seeing that I'm an active Gagaskeptic and fan, from what I've gathered that's the jist of the video.
