The real cause of the Moon appearing orange is that there is dust or other pollutants in the our atmosphere.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1328816Here in TX, atm, that pollutant would be all the smoke from the wildfires in the west (in in Austin! Jeebus!) Well maybe thats the reason it was orange..I never thought of that! Even here in Missouri, the winds have probably carried it that far..hmmm
