I do not think you should put Dreams down in words, I think they are for you only. When you share them.. other dreamers can change the color of Your dreams ...My dreams are my own I do not share.

Dreams can be for your personally or they can have meanings for others as well. When you have a dream or vision from the LORD, it is good to share with someone you trust. Sometimes we need others to help with interpretation. I feel the LORD has given me the gift of interpretation when it is a dream from HIM.

I had a freaky dream the other night:

I was in underground car park with cars parked up to my left as I was walking. The cars were lit up, looked liked floodlights shining from above them. The light was shining around the cars by about 2ft, past that was complete darkness. I started to hop into each light in front of the cars trying not to step into the darkness, like i was scared too or something. On a few of the occasions I lost my balance and my foot stepped into the dark. At the point my foot touched the darkness I could see these black arms with black hands, loads of them trying to grab at my ankles, trying to pull me into the dark with them, they were moaning and screaming. I had too keep kicking them off and stay in the light.

Then I woke up. Sorry if I don't make much sense, was trying to describe it the best I could.

Any thoughts??

Yes, stay in the 'light' of the LORD.

I'm a non practicing Catholic, have been since leaving school, am now 31. I have had a number of weird spiritual stuff happen to me in the past from objects moving, 1 premonition and a visitation by a ball of light in a weird trance, but in the last 5 years my feelings/beliefs have gone through the roof. I feel I have had help for some reason from things I can't see, I am wanting to know who I am and where I'm from. I feel like I'm on a journey of discovery, a discovery to who I really am. When I woke up, I did feel like this was some sort of Warning or something, like something may happen and I've got to stay in the light.

On April 22nd, 2011 roughly 3 AM EST, in central Ohio, I experienced something that I do not know if it was a dream or if I was awake.

I felt violent tremors for about a minute, everything was shaking all around me. I have felt minor tremors before a couple of times in my life, I live in an old old house and sleep on the 2nd floor so some stronger earthquakes even if they are a hundred miles away or so, i can detect if I am lying down.

It must have been a dream because no one else felt anything and I couldnt find anything related on the internet (3.3 EQ in kentucky same day that USGS removed but time fram doesnt link up)

But it didnt feel like a dream at all. It was very lifelike. I even recall falling back asleep.

I meditate before I fall asleep and often I become in control of my dreams, but I am always aware I am dreaming...

This was more lifelike than any lucid dream...

In fact I checked the time on my phone before I fell asleep and I have never, ever been able to tell the time when I am aware I am dreaming, its jumbled.


But shoot, I could just be going crazy...and it sure is driving me crazy...

I think that is a scary dream that you had. It sounds like you have a choice to step in the light of the LORD or fall into the hands of the enemy. Stay focused on HIM through prayer and the WORD. Remember...HE is the light!!!

Well, it sounds like you have a choice to follow the light. The weird stuff you had happen is very real and sounds demonic. If you believe in Jesus and receive HIM as LORD of your life....that is the first step. Jesus loves you a lot....HE is knocking at the door of your heart.

maybe a train or something else happening outside possibly?

this is strange that you mention this...because this morning while at church, I start feeling a slight shaking as well as hear a rumbling. No one else seem to notice at all. My DH did say he noticed it too. I thought for sure there had been some earthquake or tremor. But there was nothing listed on the USGS.

I think we all have 'earthquake conscientiousness!' LOL

for 2k years "christians" have been trying to put the Messiah in a box. it doesn't work that way. He didn't come to sanction a religion and His name is not "jesus".

I had a dream about a friend a few weeks ago about something very specific. I didn't tell him because it sounded crazy. But it just happened...AH!

I don't have those dreams that often, but I did have a doom dream about a large explosion....several city blocks and TPTB were telling one story but it was clearly NOT what happened. There was a fiat there...out of place.

I had a short but strange dream the other day I was looking up to space and I could see these very fast lights. They were round and looked like a light bulb lit up.Then these areas of space would be highlighted and I got the sense the these were the planets we would be taken to to start over again. I felt earth was going to be anialated.

Last year I had a very vivid dream with Arch Angel Gabriel, as he stood in front of me, behind him I saw fires, earthquakes, just catastrophy after catastrophy. He finally spoke to me and said call upon me when the time comes, and that time is near.

Lots of people are having 'doomer' dreams. I think they are 'wake-up' calls for us to look beyond our everyday life and examine ourselves, our faith, our time left here on the earth.

Deep inside I think everyone knows that we are living in distressful times and they need to search their souls for answers.

I heard a voice say, "The time has come", Very strange. Just before I woke up and I still don't know if it was in my sleep or just as I woke up but the message was very clear.

that is sometimes how the LORD speaks to me....is this your first time?? Get a notebook and write in it the date and what you heard.

It is always just before you wake up.

ask the LORD what you think this means....HE will show you.

Maybe it is in reference to HIM coming again....that is my first thought.....what a glorious thought!!

maybe...'the time has come' to get serious with the LORD.

maybe...'the time has come' for HIS judgment and glory to be revealed.

It is later than you think.....

After asking God for information about what is to come, I dreamt that I was asleep in my bed, and then awoken by a gunshot outside. I looked out of my bedroom window and saw a chapel in the street where there is usually only grass. My sister entered the room, wearing a white wedding dress. My mother followed her, informing me that she was taking my sister to her wedding, which was scheduled on the 26th (of May, I presume.) But I pointed out that they were a week early, as the actual date was the 19th. After arguing briefly, I proved that they were early by pointing out the date of the last time my mother did her usual fortnightly shop.

Christ is perhaps coming for his bride on this date?

Also, I had a vague dream about a terrorist attack on a bridge somewhere, possibly with a dirty bomb.

I'm a bit confused....if the wedding actually is to be on the 19th, then wouldn't your mom and sister be late (and not early) in presuming it to be a week later on the 26th?

Maybe I'm not understanding correctly. But regardless...the wedding part is awesome....and I always pay attention to numbers in dreams!! In your spirit, when you awoke, did you feel it was the month of May?

The impression I got was that the event would happen a week earlier than the expected date; but you're right, either of the dates could be relevant.

I actually went to sleep asking God for more information about upcoming events in May, as I've dreamt that there will be a devastating comet (or meteoroid?) strike during this month at some point. But it turns out that I was wrong about a 'solar holocaust' occurring on the 15th, so it may be nothing. We'll see.

I had almost the same dream again this morning. I have posted my others on glp before. Anyway...I was there protecting this baby again. Running...people wanted me dead. I was up against supernatural forces. I kept getting away though with the baby. I woke up before the end of the dream. One part of it was that I think I had some sort of powers as well...that was helping us to survive. It was scary...just like the other one about the baby. I don't know what it means...

That is the only way I am given information ahead of time that ends up being true. A voice without pictures and then I immediately wake up.
I hope the time is here! Living on this planet is so very hard and heartbreaking.

you are protecting something very important to you that is helpless and needs your help or it might not survive.

it could also mean that the baby represents something new in your life that is constantly being attacked or sought after.

this is the time of a great harvest....seek ways to serve HIM now while you still can. In your weakness, HE will be strong!

Been wanting to reply to one of the dream threads.

Last week had a dream if you read my other posts you can get a bit of a background on how my dreams work. This was another one involving a hotel room I'm interested in why its always a hotel, anyways. Two different view point of similar events one happened in the GOM and I can't place the other just thought japan but like I said haven't the foggiest where it is. Comet debris just starts streaking down from the sky like 50+ giant comets entering the atmosphere and then the water at the beach just goes crazy and those looking out know this was an amazing sight but no one else will see it after the water takes out the buildings.

During the dream I wasn't frightened which was odd I'm usually fully into the dreams but this was more slide show then acting. Maybe simply a vision instead of actually perceiving my events at the time I was looking through someone elses eyes.

Thought I'd share; their rarity always gets me antsy afterwards I can see why I don't dream often its a full on crazy ride.

My ex-boyfriend dreamed I gave him a letter and at the end I said "The sixth star in Orion, in Sagittarius."

In the dream, he caught up with me. We haven't spoken in waking life in some time, but all the facts of my life were accurate in his dream.

Anyone know what "the sixth star in Orion, in Sagittarius" might mean?
