May 21st failed just another day - Ice failed Ice was wrong

Is it the Rapture on the 21st? Because I have always imagined being in a crowded area during the Rapture and the 21st is a Saturday.

I will most likely be at home, forever alone.

And if May 21st comes and goes and NOTHING happens what will your next date be?

put a sock in it, ice.

Could you please tell me what exacty will happen on that day? Will some people just disappear from our lives? Will we know what is happening?

again for reiteration:

as with jim jones, david koresh, etc who had over-zealous, misguided interpretations of scripture, this may lead to disastrous consequences.

there is similarity in pattern evident only in cult-like circles: "[insert leader/group here] has the only true interpretation of scripture for the last days and [insert date here] is the day of christ's coming. therefore, the world outside [insert group here] is destined to destruction."

i will bet my bottom dollar ABSOLUTELY NOTHING will occur following the failed prediction except:

1. an explanation by leader/s [harold camping, whoever] will be given to the effect: "the time was not right for christ to come to judge mankind. the world is not yet ready" whereby another date is set; OR

2. leader/s changes interpretation slightly saying that christ has come but invisibly, and that mankind is instead experiencing some sort of "spiritual" judgement, invariably something which is going on that is unseen to human eyes. these two explanations, if handled correcly, allow to escape a certain amount of public humiliation; OR

3. leader will retreat with hardcore followers into some secluded neck of the woods whereby they become more fundamentalist, paranoid, and possibly militant in nature, inevitably leading to brushes with the authorities and ultimately armed conflict or mass suicide. hopefully this is something that won't have to occur.

therefore i predict [pun intended] possibly either one of the above or variation or combination of each. as such, this message will be reiterated as often as these "may 21st" threads appear, prior to and following the inevitable failure.

I soooo hope your wrong... I have front row center seats to Elmo on the 22nd so I'm hoping shtf AFTER! Been waiting to take my daughter to see this show since March. Will be seriously pissed if she doesn't get to go... :)

The rapture will occur only on the Feast of the Trumpets - which is in the fall and the day floats due to the uncertainty of when the new moon is confirmed by witnesses. It is the only feast where you can't know the day or hour of its beginning.

Jesus was painting a bullseye to the time of the rapture.

It won't be May 21st.

So Ice, if there's no rapture on May 21st does that mean the bible is in error? Or does it mean your ability to discern what's in the bible is in error? Which is it Ice?
