Some people are just not ready for anything even remotely resembling freedom and democracy. They just don't seem to understand that when there is an election someone always wins and someone always loses and everyone lives with the outcome without going on a rampage.

If that part of Nigeria wants to be under Sharia laws, then perhaps the rest of Nigeria should just let it go and become an independent state of its own. Nigeria could then just tell all Muslims in the country to go live there if they want to live under Sharia laws, otherwise they have to become accepting and tolerant of others.

Nigeria is an absolute mess. I think their econmy is based on scamming Weterners over the Internet for cash. They rake in billions per year doing that. The money is then funnelled to Muslim groups. I am sure the Christians aren't invovlved in those scams at all.

They do it in emails and over dating sites. Most of the major dating sites are in league with them. Phony posters start relationships with people and then coerce money out of them. People get so distraut with the abuse that they kill themselves after being dumped and giving away all of their money.

They call it the 401 scam after the Nigerian law against it that is never enforced. The they go to Internet cafes to log in and communicate. If you get someone who only emails every so often, it is likely one of these scammers.

They think it is a big joke and mock the West for being stupid enough to fall for it.

These scammers are very clever and they seem to be using magic voodoo powers also. They get people wrapped up in a trap relationship with them before they know what hit them.

They could be putting love spells or disbelief spells on people, so that they think they are in love and dont believe their own intuition that the person they are in love with is a liar.

I think Africans are very spiritual while Americans are nearly spiritually dead. It is sort of an uneven match there for sure.

Excuse me Mr. LOL, but Christians don't have a policy of tequia or lying, to get their way. Also I believe the scams are coming fromt the central part of the nation, not the north where the Christians seem to be.

I know that the money is being funneled to Muslim terrorist organizaions such as the Muslim Brotherhood, which then channels it to Hamas or Hezbollah or whoever. It is not going to the Catholic Church of the 700 Club form what I heard.

Americans as Christians I think are totally thrown off guard by this type of abuse. It is just plain dirty 100% and they don't even expect it.

I laughed because you have no clue what you are talking about. First of all the north is mostly comprised of Muslims not Christians as you said. Christians make up most of the middle of the country and almost all of the south. I understand how disgusting it is too rip people off and people of real faith all hate it, stop believing everything you here. Second of all, the people who run scams mostly know they are doing something wrong but are dirt poor and that is literally one of their only options to feed their family. Since they have little faith they rely on tricking people rather than an honest meager living. Another thing is instead of blaming Islam which is the new communism in this country how about you try and find out why Nigerians are dirt poor. Our fantastic oil companies are raping them out of astronomical amounts of money by paying off corrupt officials daily. Everyone their suffers the pains of oil drilling while reaping no rewards. All so we can fill our gas tanks up every week. Please open your eyes and see whats really going on in this world instead of always blaming less fortunate people. PLEASE!
