When immigrants come to an area, it is usually because they have family in that area that can help to support them until they get on their feet. It's the way it's always been....That's why you will have German neighborhoods, Italian neighborhoods, etc. There is a support system already in place.

Also, in larger cities, an immigrant from another country is less likely to stand out. Your international grocers are in place where they can buy the things they're used to, etc...

Hell the south side of St. Louis is considered to be the safer side of town. The North side is where the shit really gets real. Keep that in mind if you ever have the misfortune to visit this cesspool of a city. And East St. Louis (which is in IL), fucking forget it. Business travellers (males) gravitate there drawn by the nude dancers and the prolific availibility of illegal drugs. Dam near lost my life there myself. If my foot had not met the nutsack of the fucking ape trying to rob me before he could pull his gun, I would be dead. NEVER go there!

I think many people would be suprised at how cool St. Louis really is as a city. It is unfortunate that most people only know that it ranked #1 as most dangerous. Thre's a whole lot more to the Lou than that. Much to love and enjoy.

You're right....it's mostly the Northside. That is where the nightmare comes true.....When violence occurs in the Southside, it is often from transients. But they too have their share of violence.

St Louis is another of our major cities that has been run by top liberal democrats top to bottom for decades. Just like Detroit. Progressive / liberal policy breeds poverty, violence, illegitimacy and misery. The results of these policies should be crystal clear for all to see.

No. It's a liberal thing. Liberalism has destroyed these people. I wish some of you were old enough to remember black communities back in the 1970's. They were nothing like today. Whites used to frequent black-owned restaurants and there were always street festivals and concerts where all races were welcomed. Crack, gangs, rap music and illegitimacy began the downfall in the 80's. Black unemployment and illegitimacy rates were very much on par with whites throughout the 70s'.
