I only caught like two seconds of it as I snapped awake. Nothing I have makes a sound like it, buzzy, square-wavey, pitched about 1kHz to 4 kHz at a guess. I couldn't honestly say it was like something spoken, but it was pretty damn strange. I lay awake for a while, there was no other unusual sound. |

I heard the same thing in the astral I think it was. It was either Jesus Himself or a high ranking Angel of his. The voice was just as u described it, but also it sounded like rushing waters and it was so authoritarian sounding that I liken it to saying the voice thundered. Scared the devil outta me. |

I heard a noise it was a sound wave I've never heard before, It was like a car engine running but slightly different. I get ringing in my ears, Tinitis due to being around midrange frequencies. So I had that as well in my ears but, this sound was a lower frequency from the usual ringing. It was when I went to bed and its quiet. I even felt uneasy. I've also heard this eletronic voice as well. Not constant chatter like Schizophrenics. It was random I looked around to see if it was one of my boys talking to me. I was in my lounge sitting on the couch chilling out. I wasn't on any drugs or alcohol. |

The computer speakers popped and crackled, then a voice spoke to me in a strange language. Needless to say, I was freaked out. It was also late at night, prob around midnight. So, I jumped up, turned everything off, pulled the computer apart, and found a bunch of spongy looking stuff inside. (I don't know if this is related or not) Anywayz, I never used that computer again. I needed a new one anyhow . . .and it has NEVER happened again, for which I am exceedingly grateful.  |

I heard this electronic sound, long and high pitched - couldn't figure out where it was coming from - checked the TV and it was part of the drama show that was on - had nothing to do with the show, it was mixed in with the "dark music background but very distinct. I flipped the TV off immediately. My hearing is very poor, but this sound was "going through me" I rarely watch TV and I guess now I will turn it off after the news. |

Unfortunately, nobody on Youtube knows how to post snippets of cool retro-pop stuff in a small format that makes sense and is audible. So, pretend I did that and I said "OP, is this what you heard?" And then understand that that is funny to me, and don't dignify it with a response, and I can sit here quietly and wonder why people don't get me half the time. Thank you. I could cap it from MAME but that would take effort, and I don't think I have a video/audio screen grabber at the moment. OP - If you have Mame and a lot of Roms, start it up and play Berzerk until you get killed, listen to the robot voice mock you, and then pretend I posted a clip of that voice in this thread and asked you "Maybe it was THIS you heard?"
