First off, with most drugs there is no 'clinical trial' before eh drugs are marketed to a limited market. All the guinea pigs are told is that it's a new drug that has risks but it will probably work.

The FDA doesn't ban poisonous drugs ,food or anything else. Corporations are responsible for their own testing and are to some degree exposed to civil litigation, as i am sure you have noticed from all of the lawyers on the tube with class action suits against drug makers.

The bottom line to me is that when a drug is marketed that's alleged intended purpose is to help reduce the symptoms of foot nail fungus and one of the possible side effects is systemic organ failure and possible death, alarm bells should go off in the average humans mind that something isn't right. The theory of course is that people who are that dumb to take a drug like this are a liability to the gene pool and need to be killed.

the result is that the targeted part of the brain is slowly dissolved over a period of time.
