Hah!
Oil doesn't come from dinosaurs.
It comes from plankton that settled to the bottom of ancient stagnant seas from 3 distinct time periods. I have done a lot of research about abiotic oil. I guess it might be a possibility, but if so it is too deep for us to access with current technology. All of the oil we have been using for the last 150 years comes from living organisms. It is easily proven.
 Quoting: Jebus

have you ever considered how awesome hydrogen power is? If we could figure out a way to use use solar energy to extract hydrogen from water, which is three fifths of the plaent, we would have found the ultimate renewable energy.

When you burn hydrogen, it recombines with oxygen and becomes water, which we can then extract hydrogen from, and burn it so it becomes water again. This would be a closed loop energy source.

The only problem with that is we live in a world where the people who make money and get rich are invested in a much different paradigm. Right now, the world is ordered by destruction, war, consumption, and waste. Wealth and power is created by maximizing waste, volume, making money on small margins with high volume.

Re: The Overpopulation Conspiracy: Overpopulation Justifies Depopulation!!
I think the people who are led will always expect the rulers to have the answer to everything. But when the leaders start to tell them they need to be considerate of everyone else, and think in terms of living in a society, they elect someone who will promise them everything.

So the rulers will look ahead to the future and see problems and try to come up with solutions in order to prevent them. The trouble with these dilemmas are someone is always going to disagree with a solution. So nothing is ever done about the problem and people continually argue about a solution. And people will vote for whoever promises the most. In the meantime, the population grows, resources are squandered, ect.

War is a often a solution, but if the leaders are corrupt, nobody will believe in it's cause. So things worsen, and a crisis ensues and then society breaks down, peoples disagreements over a solution deepens until we are at each others throats. So as things get more urgent, the various factions try to convince everyone their way is best, and will often use deception, and scare tactics, terrorism ect. - all manner of persuasion to win their hearts. Alas, this is all in vain.

I think mankind will correct itself like all the other populations in the animal kingdom do: famines and die-offs and war.

So when it gets real bad, it will be like this: all the fat people, weaklings, stupid, retarded, genetically inferior, criminal, will be destroyed. That is probably the only solution to all this. I think it would be better this way than dying for a bunch of unworthy instigators.
 Quoting: Pookie

You just described the utopia of psycopaths. When we abdicate our own knowledge and experience to a bunch of assholes who believe they are above everyone else, we become victims to their sociopathic desires. We become a world of chumps who are powerless to those psycopaths that want to rule the world.

America was supposed to be the shining new nation that prevented totalitarianism, but we are slowly and blindly allowing this bullshit to overtake our god given rights.

Corporations, government agencies, and even international treaties are taking control while we are too afraid to say "hey! Wait a minute!" We would rather be good people who don't question things, because lunatics ask questions and we are not lunatics.

Why are most of the toll roads in America now owned by a spanish conglomerate? Who sold them to foreign companies?

What? Huh?

Re: The Overpopulation Conspiracy: Overpopulation Justifies Depopulation!!
If oil came from plankton that settled on seabeds, I could understand finding it a few hundred or thousand feet below, but we are now drilling MILES, even DOZENS of MILES down to extract oil. I cannot imagine how plankton could settle on a seabed that is now miles below the sea floor, let alone miles below deserts or other parts of the world that might have been ancient seas.

I mean, why is Saudi Arabia such a huge source of deep oil? Or Russia? They are digging well below any such sedimentary collection of ancient sea plankton to extract oil.

I understand how a lot of people cannot question the conventional wisdom because they fear being called "conspiracy theorists" and how they will bend their own logic to abide by the mainstream ideology. People will deny facts that do not support what they've been led to believe. I know. But you shouldn't worry about being part of the "in crowd" or the "believers", you should trust your own logic, your own ability to reason.

We should all know, now, that diamonds are not "precious", they are plentiful, they keep tonnes of diamonds in vaults, to continue the mythology of rarity, so brides-to-be will still demand a carat or two for their engagement rings, while enlightened people know diamonds are plentiful and really only have value for their industrial cutting uses.

oil will not run out. We need to find a better energy source, but oil doesn't need to be such a "rare" commodity.

We can use solar energy to power electrolysis to extract hydrogen from sea water. We can use plants to power diesel engines, as Rudolf Diesel originally designed the diesel engine.

We don't need to buy into the consume and spend paradigm that provides money and power for the psycopaths. We can think for ourselves, and free ourselves from the neo-feudalism of modern day capitalism.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1393235

Just because you "can't imagine" something does not make it untrue. Google "oil migration" or "plate tectonics" for a start. The deepest oil well ever drilled was the Deepwater Horizon well in the GOM at around 6 miles. The Russians do claim they have drilled a few deeper ones that are harvesting abiotic oil, but they have failed to show production from them. There is a pretty good documentary called "Black Gold: The Story of Oil" that covers the basics of how oil was created. You should start there.

Peak Oil is not conventional wisdom. The governments and corporations (including big oil) deny that it is a reallity. Also, oil is not a rare commodity yet. You can talk about hydrogen, ethanol, solar, wind, nuclear or biodiesel saving the day, but all of those combined are just a drop in the bucket when compared to the amount of oil used in the world. You simply don't comprehend the numbers we are talking about. 86 million barrels of the stuff PER DAY. One teaspoon of oil is the equivalent of 8 hours of human labor. No other energy source is even close to being as concentrated and easily transported. Please educate yourself before you spout nonsense. You are obviously an intelligent person. Comparing oil to diamonds makes you sound like a dumbass.

Claiming that just because something is insignificant right now makes it inviable in the future is simply shortsighted and silly. Solar, wind, and all the other alternative energy sources are insignificant right now because the powerful money interests haven't figured out how to profit from them yet. Past performance does not indicate future results.

Solar is absolutely going to be earth's future. The amount of energy bombarding the earth every second could power all of our needs for dozens of years. Wind has it's place, too.

The problem with these energy sources is that they cannot be packaged and sold, controlled, by people who wish to obtain vast amounts of wealth by being the lords of those energy sources. Some of these potential energy sources actually break down a lot of the social, economic and political structures, which is why they are feared by the people who rely on current structures.

By the way, when you resort to name calling, you generally have exhausted all other means of argument, and are just getting angry and flustered. It's an admission that your argument really doesn't have much weight.

Oh yeah, I forgot to address your comment about how the oil industry and governments do not claim that oil is scarce.

If that were the case, why is oil at $100+ a barrel?

Yeah, it's the market speculators who drove up the price, but the underlying notion is that there is a finite amount, and we will eventually run out.

You could claim that DeBeers doesn't proslytize about the scarcity of diamonds, but the fact remains that they profit from a mentality that diamonds are somehow scarce, even though they have beaches in South Africa that are littered with diamonds, or how they buy mines and close them down when they produce too many mines.

The reality is that the myth of scarcity artifically supports the prices of these resources so that people can continue to get rich off of the false idea of their scarcity.

They are doing it with Global Warming, in a sort of inverse process. We're supposed to pay more to breathe now, because carbon dioxide is supposedly destroying the planet. It's all about psycopaths finding opportunity to screw us out of our livelihoods.

I think you need to reconsider your stats.

Times were better, exactly when? When there were 2 billion, and a billion and a half were poverty stricken? And very few starved to death? Really?

When was that, exactly?

We are actually at a turning point in history. Fewer people are starving, more people are in emerging or growing economies, and out of the 7 billion people on the planet, fewer and fewer are facing abject poverty than at any time in human history.

It is impossible for 6 billion people to be poor and another billion to be starving when the entire population is only nearing 7 billion.

China alone is 2 billion, and 600 million are working class or middle class, with another 20 or 30 million at wealthy levels.

That isn't entirely true. That is a way of looking at the world as a zero-sum game. But it doesn't have to be that way.

We have enough knowledge and technology to live in a world that doesn't have to destroy in order to grow, that doesn't have to take out and not give back.

We know how to fish sustainably, but it isn't profitable enough for the people who control that sector. We know how to farm in ways that doesn't deplete the soil, but it isn't profitable for the people who control that. They'd rather keep selling petroleum based fertilizer to farmers, and could care less about the environment, our water, our air.

We know all these things, but we can't implement them because the people with power and money would rather keep doing it the same way, never changing, because that's how they've always made their money, and controlled us.

Money and profit aren't a problem. These are both good things, they drive innovation, when unfettered and free.

The problems we see today are not about lack of ideas or people making money, the problems are that established wealth and power are using their current position to maintain their current position, they shut down change, competition, and fear change.

Things cannot change in a market if the current market leaders can use government and money to prevent emerging competitors, new ideas, and innovative techonlogies to rise and take hold.

The only "overpopulation" is in the number of politicians, lawyers, and bankers.

I think you missed my point. Don't think in a meta sense, think more critically.

Money and Profit are necessary for basic survival. Every human exists in this world on a level where money and profit from their labors provides them with a livelihood.

And we are all entitled to a livelihood.

The problem is the distortions brought about by enormous profits, large amounts of money, the greed and corruption of the people who have way, way too much money and influence.

Profit, by itself, is how a very small business owner can turn his labor into the money he uses to feed his family.

Profit is when a farmer spends $100,000 to grow a crop that he can sell for $200,000, providing $100,000 before taxes to feed his family, pay his mortgage, buy new seeds for next year, etc.

If everything were "FUCKING FREE", how would anyone survive? How can we have an automobile industry, or any kinds of luxuries, if everything were produced without a price at the end? Where would the producers get their raw materials? Who would transport them?

Commerce is good. Capitalism is bad, even evil. (and I know, a lot of people think that capitalism is the opposite of communism, which by conventional wisdom, should be true, but they have no idea that in it's true context it is the opposite of communism in a way they could never fathom. They think it's the "american way" when it really means complete control over production by the wealthy class. Which is really just another form of communism, when we accept that communism was the control of labor by an elite ruling class.)

I know that argument, that it is costing more to extract. But that is only partially even a half-truth.

Until recently, the "scarcity" or "peak oil" myth was used to spike oil prices, as well as the very existence of OPEC (look for a book called "Hatred's Kingdom" by Dore Gold, in it, the Saudi Foreign Minister talks about the "Saudi Nuke" which was the oil embargo, meant to cripple the west in the face of its support for Israel in the Yom Kippur war.)

The problem now is speculation on the spot market, which is controlled by banks, wealthy people, people who wish to maintain control financially and politically. They love the idea that a family is now making choices between private school and fueling up the escalade, between taking a vacation or being able to drive to work. Work they should very well know they are lucky to have unless they live in the DC area like I do where jobs are plentiful because the tax dollars all flow to the defense contractors and agencies of the government posiitioned all along the Dulles Toll Road.

I'm not interested in perceived threats from comets and rogue planets. And I'm not a tea-partyer, either. I have a rational understanding of our country's and the world's true problem. The problem is that concentrated power and wealth is hijacking our reality, and they own our media so they can influence how we perceive things, and people are being subjected to divide and conquer, misinformation, manipulation of reality, etc. We truly are at a turning point in history, things can change dramatically. But we are being misled to avoid and even fear those real changes.

And I'm not talking about a global government, I'm talking about ultimately shattering the idea of all that bullshit, empowering people to become so enlightened that we only need a marginal local governance because everyone is achieving and advancing, not being suppressed and marginalized.

Not communism, not socialism, not any of that. The real enlightened state of being a productive member of a society that isn't trying to outdo or put down.

That was my anonymous post.

I decided to register becuase I thought this was a valid conversation. I hope you can recognize all of my other posts prior to this, as "anonymous coward".

I'm the one railing against the powerful money and political interests who are taking us all for a ride and creating their perfect world, while we all bicker and squabble about whether it's crazy to be a "conspiracy theorist", which is a term those powerful and wealthy people created in order to marginalize anyone who sees outside the "matrix".

I'm also the "anonymous coward" who talked about peak oil, the myth of diamond scarcity, blah blah etc.

I just wanted to make sure I didn't get confused with the crazies who are talking shit. I'm not crazy, I grew up knowing the system is rigged and controlled by wealthy and powerful people, in a family of military academy graduates who served in WWI, WWII and Vietnam as career officers, rangers, pathfinders, airborne, and on the staff of the Army Joint Chief of Staff. My father retired as the Deputy Chief of Staff of Logistics for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He reported directly to the Chiefs of Staff, a position just after his brigade level command, and the highest a Colonel can achieve if he isn't promoted by senate confirmation to major general. Even he knew that the tail wags the dog, and that the military is wagged by the bankers who bankroll everything, and control governments throughout the world.

I subscribe to Ike's farewell adress in 1961 as the cornerstone of America's destiny. We had, and have, a choice.

I can't post a youtube video yet? Oh, well. Google "Fischerspooner, We need a war" It's a great video about Eisenhower's farewell adress, warning us about the undue and unwarranted power of the military industrial complex.

We all know Ike was a crazy conspiracy theorist, don't we???

Glad to see you onboard (registered) my friend. This thread should become quite an interesting place to discuss this particular "problem"...

I can't post a youtube video yet? Oh, well. Google "Fischerspooner, We need a war" It's a great video about Eisenhower's farewell adress, warning us about the undue and unwarranted power of the military industrial complex.

There you go embeded for you...

Fischerspooner: We Need a War

If you want to embed a YouTube video (or any video sharing site thats allowed), just copy the YouTube link, then paste this link into your reply. Once you have done this highlight the YouTube link and click the YouTube button (next to Bold, Italic and Underline), that should now display the embeded video, hope this helps...

Most if not all of the comments posted so far are about resources, particularly, Oil. I cannot and will not discuss this or any points about resources untill I have posted my research based upon those subjects, but please feel free to continue to discuss this problem untill my research has been posted.

Now back to the billionaires club also known as the 'Good Club'. I know how eager some of you are to get to the 'nitty, gritty' parts of this subject, because of this I will be cutting the 'Good Club' exposure, alittle shorter than intented...

Warren Buffett:
Warren Edward Buffett (Born August 30, 1930) is an American investor, industrialist and philanthropist. He is widely regarded as one of the most successful investors in the world. Often called the "legendary investor, Warren Buffett", he is the primary shareholder, chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway. He is consistently ranked among the world's wealthiest people. He was ranked as the world's wealthiest person in 2008 and is the third wealthiest person in the world as of 2011.

Warren Buffett

Buffett is called the "Oracle of Omaha" or the "Sage of Omaha" and is noted for his adherence to the value investing philosophy and for his personal frugality despite his immense wealth. Buffett is also a notable philanthropist, having pledged to give away 99 percent of his fortune to philanthropic causes, primarily via the Gates Foundation. He also serves as a member of the board of trustees at Grinnell College.

Blueprint for Global Enslavement

Warren Buffett, one of the world’s richest men, is the owner and major shareholder of Berkshire Hathaway, a company which owns such enterprises as Dairy Queen and Sees Candies. Until the recent decision to cease charitable contributions, every Class A shareholder was able to designate up to three charities to receive a portion of the company’s profits. Buffett owns about one-third of the company, but holds well over half of the Class A shareholder physical certificates,1 so he controlled the destination of most of the charitable contributions. Since 1981, the program has disbursed $197 million in charitable donations.

Most of Buffett’s share of the charitable donations (over $100 million) went to his Buffett Foundation, which supports the most radical aspects of the population control movement. In 1994, Buffett provided $2 million in funding for the Population Council, which was used to fund clinical trials of Mifepristone (RU-486). Buffett also provided $2 million to Family Health International for the distribution of quinacrine hydrochloride, a chemical with sterilizes a woman by burning her fallopian tubes. Quinacrine is illegal in the U.S., but is used, often coercively, in Vietnam, India, and other nations. In the late 1990s, Buffett committed to a $20 million grant to International Projects Assistance Services (IPAS) which manufactures and distributes manual vacuum aspirators, used for performing abortions in the Third World.

What happened to change Buffett’s mind about using BH profits for “charitable” donations? A series of events starting with a shareholders resolution PRI president Steve Mosher presented last year, authored by investment broker Tom Strobhar.

Buffett Gates

Last year, Mosher traveled to Omaha, Nebraska to present a shareholder’s resolution at the annual shareholders meeting of Berkshire Hathaway. The resolution called for the company (and Warren Buffett) to stop funding abortion and population control programs at home and abroad. The company had objected to the resolution, but the Securities and Exchange Commission, which regulates publicly traded firms, forced them to back down... The success of BH depends on having consumers to buy its products. And yet Buffett has, in the words of his biographer, “‘A Malthusian dread that overpopulation (will) aggravate problems in all other areas — such as food, housing, even human survival.’

Resolved: The shareholders request the company to refrain from making charitable contributions.”

The resolution was voted down, of course, since Warren Buffett owns the majority of the company’s stock. And there the matter remained, until Berkshire Hathaway acquired a company known as The Pampered Chef, Inc.

The Pampered Chef (TPC) was founded in 1980 by Doris Christopher to provide multipurpose kitchen tools to homes across the nation. The products are sold by 67,000 independent “Kitchen Consultants,” at in-home “kitchen shows,” where they demonstrate the products to hostesses and their friends. This business model appeals to stay-at-home mothers who want to bring in income for their families, while having the flexibility to be home to raise their children.

When Berkshire Hathaway announced that it was acquiring The Pampered Chef, several Kitchen Consultants decided that they could no longer sell Pampered Chef products, knowing that a portion of their proceeds would be used to promote abortion.

Gates and Buffett started what can be called the biggest fundraising drive in history. They'd welcome donors of any kind. But their direct target is billionaires, whom the two men wish to see greatly raise the amounts they give to charities, of any and all kinds.

Without a doubt, that plan could create a colossal jump in the dollars going to philanthropy, though of what size is a puzzle we'll get to...

In a sense this article is also an echo of two other Fortune stories, both featuring Buffett on the cover. The first, published in 1986, was "Should you leave it all to the children?" To that query, Buffett emphatically said no. The second article, "Warren Buffett gives it away," which appeared in 2006, disclosed Buffett's intention to gradually give away his Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A) fortune to five foundations, chief among them the world's largest, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. (For Buffett's thinking on the disposition of his wealth, see "My philanthropic pledge.")

warren bill mili

Since then, in four years of contributions, Buffett has given the foundation $6.4 billion, not counting the 2010 gift, to be made this summer. The foundation in turn has in that same period combined Buffett's money and its immense gifts from the Gateses to raise its level of giving to about $3 billion a year, much of it for world health. One small example: the Medicines for Malaria Venture, heavily funded by the Gates Foundation, has worked with pharmaceutical company Novartis (NVS) to develop good-tasting malaria pills and distribute them to millions of children -- the principal victims of the disease -- in 24 countries.

Those qualifiers noted, the magazine stated the 2009 net worth of the Forbes 400 to be around $1.2 trillion. So if those 400 were to give 50% of that net worth away during their lifetimes or at death, that would be $600 billion. You can think of that colossal amount as what the Buffett and Gates team is stalking -- at a minimum.
[link to features.blogs.fortune.cnn.com]

In 2008 he was ranked by Forbes as the richest person in the world with an estimated net worth of approximately US$62 billion. In 2009, after donating billions of dollars to charity, Buffett was ranked as the second richest man in the United States with a net worth of US$37 billion with only Bill Gates ranked higher than Buffett. His net worth is up to $47 billion in the past 12 months.
[link to en.wikipedia.org]

And would you believe it, Facebook are in on this too. There are lots of companies, generiously donating to population control as I will discuss another post...

FaceBook Mark

Bill Gates's wife urged people to learn a lesson from the philanthropic efforts of the family that sold its home and gave away half of its value, as detailed in The Power of Half. On December 9, 2010, Buffett, Bill Gates, and Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook's CEO), signed a promise they called the "Gates-Buffett Giving Pledge", in which they promised to donate to charity at least half of their wealth over the course of time, and invited others among the wealthy to donate 50% or more of their wealth to charity.
[link to en.wikipedia.org]

Max Schulz of the Competitive Enterprise Institute criticized Buffett and other members of what he called the "Billionaire Brigade" for buying into "the phony crisis of overpopulation." Schulz contended that problems in high-density population areas "stem from failed socialist policies, not from too many people."

Thomas Goetz, the Village Voice writer who interviewed Ted Turner in 1997, made an intriguing comment about the economics of population control. He said that "our billionaires can't fully tap a global market when the potential customers are too busy scrounging for food to save for a laptop. For television, software, and investment alike, a developed economy--with its corresponding low birthrate--produces the best consumers."

Warren Buffett's good friend, Microsoft entrepreneur Bill Gates, shares his interest in population. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, now the wealthiest U.S. foundation, gives large sums to population control. Bill Gates and his father accompanied Buffett and his wife on a 1995 trip to China. The senior Gates told Barron's that "we all made a point of visiting a family-planning center at a small village on the Yangtze River." Barron's didn't indicate whether the group was concerned about coercive population control in China.

But the Gates foundation at least applies one limit. In late 1999 its spokesman said: "We, as a policy, don't fund any abortion services of any kind....We have specific guidelines that our funding isn't to be used to provide abortion services."

Hewlett Packard

Warren Buffett has given advice to the four children of the late David Packard, co-founder of Hewlett-Packard, on how to spend the money of their huge family foundation. The David & Lucile Packard Foundation has put huge sums into population control for many years. Among its grants have been ones for abortion training in Africa, birth control pills in Vietnam, and "emergency contraceptives" promotion in Washington State. ("Emergency contraceptives" are largely abortifacient.)
[link to www.meehanreports.com]

"Legendary Investor" Warren Buffett, the second richest man in the world as of 2009, has revealed his $46.4 billion worth of stock holdings. Curiously he has increased his shares in Johnson & Johnson to 41.3 million shares. J&J primarily deals in medical supplies.

Buffett has pledged to disburse 99% of his profits to charity. In 2006 he gave away 85% ($42 billion) of his money to charity. The brunt of which (10 million shares) was to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation ($30.7 billion)
surprisingly surpassing donations to his own organizations,
The Susan A. Buffett Foundation (only 350k shares, a number shared by 3 other organizations) and one million shares to the Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation. Buffett's donation to the Gates Foundation makes it 5 times larger than any US charity, larger than the GDP of Kuwait. In regards to the donation Buffett remarked: "there's more than one way to get to heaven, but this is a great way". He has stated in the past that his foundation focused on: "reproductive health, family planning, and pro-choice causes, and on preventing the spread of nuclear weapons". (one of these things is not like the other)

Bill Foundation

Mainly his group focuses on planned parenthood, a group built by members of the Eugenics movement. As a means of applying their population deducing agendas. At one pointed he handed over his entire estate (worth $1 billion) to the group. The Gates foundation is deeply rooted in population control, and Bill himself has been very vocal about his beliefs. They recently donated $6.66 million (gotta love those figures) to La Raza, a racist pro-immigration group. They will receive $1.5 billion a year with a stipulation that it must be spent within that year. Primarily the money is to be used to cure disease, which could be a large explanation for why the vaccine express has steamrolled within the last couple years? Buffett and Gates were in a bidding war at one point in time to see who would donate the most to population control agendas.
[link to dosmosis.blogspot.com]

The Buffet Foundation is known for funding projects that other foundations, even those similarly inclined to limit human numbers, keep well clear of, such as the deadly abortion drug, RU–486. Back in 1994 Buffet provided $2 million to the chief US promoter of the drug, the Population Council, key funding that was used to fund the clinical trials of RU–486 that led to its later legalization by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Family Health In

Another $2 million went to North Carolina's Family Health International (FHI) for an equally questionable drug, quinacrine hydrochloride. Originally developed as an anti–malarial drug, quinacrine has in recent years been used to perform chemical sterilizations on women. Inserted into the upper part of the uterus, the quinacrine hydrochloride tablets dissolve to form a powerful acid which burns away the lining of the upper uterus and fallopian tubes. The resulting scarring usually renders a woman sterile. If her fallopian tubes are not completely blocked, any babies she subsequently conceives cannot implant.

Family Health International (FHI) initiated testing of quinacrine as a sterilization agent as early as 1976. But its 1981 application to the FDA to approve the drug for sterilizations (it had previously been approved to treat malaria) was rejected on the grounds that, as FHI later explained, “rigorous studies are needed to ensure the safety and efficacy of quinacrine.” Buffet's fresh infusion of cash will apparently jump start this process by enabling the testing to go forward.

In the meantime, ignoring the FDA's ban on the use of the drug in the United States, quinacrine's proponents are doing a brisk business overseas. The Vietnamese government has sterilized tens of thousands of poor women using this method, many without their foreknowledge or consent. Recent reports suggest that ethic minorities, such as the Hmong and Montagnard, are being specifically targeted. Although quinacrine sterilizations have been banned in India, New Delhi newspapers report that more than 30,000 impoverished, illiterate women have been subjected to the painful procedure. Informed consent is often lacking, and follow up care is nonexistent.

Buffet's favorite charity, at least to judge by his giving, is an obscure entity with the studiously neutral name of International Projects Assistance Services (IPAS). According to a Business Week report, the foundation's “1999 contribution of $2.5 million is part of a five–year, $20 million commitment, which will enable IPAS to double its capacity.”

Double its capacity in what? Aborting very small babies up to twelve weeks of age by means of a hand–held suction pump, that's what.

IPAS

As it turns out, IPAS is the principal manufacturer and distributor of the manual vacuum aspirators, or MVAs, used by the UN Population Fund, and other groups. This deadly device is actually a manually operated suction pump that can be used perform, in IPAS words, “elective abortion through the first trimester.” When the tip is inserted into the uterus, and the operator pulls the plunger on the 50 cc syringe, enough vacuum is created at the tip to suck a tiny baby right out of her mother's womb.

IPAS History:
1973: Ipas is founded, following the passage of the Helms Amendment, which prohibits use of U.S. foreign aid to support abortion services overseas.
1973: Ipas begins manufacturing and distributing manual vacuum aspiration (MVA) instruments.
1990: Ipas launches the postabortion family planning initiative.
2003: Ipas creates, defines and implements the concept of "woman-centered comprehensive abortion care".
2009: Ipas University, a self-paced online learning site for reproductive health care providers, is launched.
2009: Womancare Global, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ipas, is launched to market and distribute the MVA instruments, as well as a number of other reproductive-health technologies.
2009: "Not Yet Rain," a documentary about abortion in Ethiopia, is produced by Emmy-award winning filmmaker Lisa Russell and Ipas.
2010: Ipas has offices in 13 countries and serves 40 countries in Africa, Asia and the Americas.

Re: The Overpopulation Conspiracy: Overpopulation Justifies Depopulation!!
"The Population Bomb" by Earlich became a victim of circumstances much like the works of Thomas Malthus. Malthusian theory was technically accurate at the time it was written, unfortunatly, it was written at the dawn of the Industrial Revolution (petrocarbon revolution) so it quickly became an obsolete idea. Although the Green Revolution technically began many years before "The Population Bomb" was written, it was right at about that time that it really took off making major differences in the amount of food that could be manufactured using more petrochemicals and less human labor. It would have been difficult if not impossible for Erlich and his wife to predict the changes on the horizon. When their book was published there also was not enough data to fully envision the trends of Demographic Transitions.

Much like the book "The Limits of Growth", "The Population Bomb" was way ahead of it's time. The unfortunate title (chosen for marketing purposes by the publisher) along with a quote from the prologue which proved to be innacurate (on the basis of timeline only due to the reasons listed above) caused much of the message of the book to be ignored by the masses. The main focus of the book was to warn of the dangers of overuse of the world's resources. That message is more important now than ever as we face diminishing returns in the harvesting of most of the world's resources as we are forced to chase after increasingly difficult to mine resources with decreasing quality.

Ask yourself, why are we drilling down 5 miles in ocean waters that are a mile deep if there is still plenty of easy to get oil? Why have we been ramping up fracking for natural gas at enormous environmental costs? Why are investments in solar and wind only viable when the price of oil rises? The biggest problem with solar and wind is that they are extremely diffuse when compared to oil, and they are intermittent.

Well, enough about resources for now. I anxiously wait for the OP's solution to that.

What I have a problem understanding is the logic behind his arguements so far. Earlier in this thread, he posted several cute little videos put out by various agencies of the U.N. Then he went into a whole big thing about Bill Gates, Warren Buffet and Ted Turner. The U.N. is part of the globalist efforts of TPTB (Rothchild, Von Goethe et al). Gates, Turner and Buffet are just billionaire philanthropists. While I do not necessarily trust their motives, they are nothing but some rich guys who use their wealth to influence policy. They are not the ones running the show. The ones to worry about are the people whose names you do not hear in the news. They do not care about overpopulation. To them, people are just capital. They use people to process nature, and they profit from every step of the process. They even profit from efforts by the developed nations to help feed the hungry and starving of the poorest nations. This consumption has made them ridiculously wealthy and given them power over most of the world. How would they benefit from a shrinking population? That would kill growth.

Unless they know that we are running out of many of the resources needed for continued growth.
I believe that the efforts of Gates, Buffet and Turner are altruistic (in their own meglomaniacal minds), and any arguement to the contrary is just opinon as well.

OP said:
"This post is merely an introduction to the complete theory that by the conclusion, will leave you in no doubt, that this Overpopulation idea is propaganda, carefully and cleverly designed by so-called Elitists, hell-bent on Depopulation and World Control."

I believe the OP's presentation is nothing more than the propaganda of an extremist pro-lifer. You might be right about the "World Control" part, but you continue to improperly use the terms "Depopulation" and "population control" in lieu of the term "population growth reduction".
There is a very big difference there.

Jebus, I have to say you are behaving just like a shill. your last post is full of misleading and distracting terminology, what are your motives, I wonder...

Well, enough about resources for now. I anxiously wait for the OP's solution to that.
 Quoting: Jebus

Lets hope so, I haven't posted anything yet about resources, that will be presented later to the readers.

What I have a problem understanding is the logic behind his arguements so far.
 Quoting: Jebus

I too have a problem understanding, 'your logic' behind the arguements you have presented thus far...

 Quoting: Jebus

I can't help but notice the wording used in this particular comment, 'cute little videos', obviously you didn't like them, to me this a good thing because you seem to be against and have prejudged this thread. The U.N is part of the Elite agenda as I have shown in my other thread:

New World Order In Britain: What Will Your Excuse Be!!

I always keep this in mind when searching for answers, "I swear to tell the whole truth, the half truth and nothing like the truth, so help my god" Information is what information is, even if the source is the enemy, disinformation too has true information, thats the hook. But you sir are still missing the big picture (you see the bird but not the cathedral)...

Gates, Turner and Buffet are just billionaire philanthropists. While I do not necessarily trust their motives, they are nothing but some rich guys who use their wealth to influence policy. They are not the ones running the show.
 Quoting: Jebus

This is a direct example of what I have just been saying, you're missing 'The Big Picture' of this threads intentions. The information presented in these posts so far are less then a third of the way through this journey. I haven't even got close to showing the readers whom really runs things behind the scenes. This will be a long, yet comprehensive thread about the main subject.

 Quoting: Jebus

This is my point, these so-called Elite don't care about us, any of us. They don't care about money, it's never been about the money! It's about 'Power and Control', and they will achieve this by depopulating the planet and the few who remain will be more easily controlled...

I believe that the efforts of Gates, Buffet and Turner are altruistic (in their own meglomaniacal minds), and any arguement to the contrary is just opinon as well.
 Quoting: Jebus

I'm sorry but in this quote you are not only wrong but it seems you're trying to mislead the readers aswell. You say that the 'Good Club' has exclusive concern for the welfare of others, I have shown briefly what this group of billionaires have been talking about, but I have yet to present the different Company Connections posts as well as the Vaccination posts (putting more of the picture together). You also mention, and this is the misleading part, that "any arguement to the contrary is just an opinion..." Well, what I have presented thus far, has all been backed up 100% with sources now found in the public domain, which isn't really my opinion now is it? The reason I have presented this thread with 90% quotes from other sources is to show the reader, this isn't my opinion at all, I'm just piecing this information together into one place.

OP said:
"This post is merely an introduction to the complete theory that by the conclusion, will leave you in no doubt, that this Overpopulation idea is propaganda, carefully and cleverly designed by so-called Elitists, hell-bent on Depopulation and World Control."
 Quoting: Jebus

Yep, exactly, "merely an introduction to the complete theory", notice I use wording like "by the conclusion", this has been my point all along...

I believe the OP's presentation is nothing more than the propaganda of an extremist pro-lifer.
 Quoting: Jebus

Firstly, you have started this comment with "I believe", which is an opinion, secondly, this thread is not propaganda in the slightest. All my information is backed up 100% with all material sources cited, fact!. Also I'm not an extremist pro-lifer, this is an assuption and a very poor one, this seems like a direct attack, bad form my friend...

You might be right about the "World Control" part, but you continue to improperly use the terms "Depopulation" and "population control" in lieu of the term "population growth reduction".
There is a very big difference there.
 Quoting: Jebus

As I have already said Jebus, I will present a post explaining the three factors that you mention, but you sir are totaly missing the theme of this thread and trying to mislead others. Briefly I will explain all these three terms sumed up in one word, De·pop·u·late, as I will expain to the readers after I finish with the last two members of the 'Good Club', George Soros and David Rockefeller Jr...

Re: The Overpopulation Conspiracy: Overpopulation Justifies Depopulation!!
So OP. You call me a shill and then break my balls for calling you an extremist pro-lifer? Ok.

It should be obvious that I am a "Peaker". You claim to have researched Peak Oil, but from your comments and position it is obvious you have not. I read that Erlich book last weekend, maybe you should too before you use it to prove your point. Sure the prediction they made about hundreds of millions starving in the 70s was wrong, it took a few decades longer thanks to the Green Revolution, but there is a lot more to that book than just their predictions about population. Among "peakers" it is considered to be a work of genius.

You and I actually have more in common than you think. I believe all of the same shit about the globalist elites and what they are doing to control us. I also believe that eventually, their goal would involve drastic depopulation. But, for now, their ultimate goal requires population growth. Without it, there can be no economic growth. In the early 70s, after the baby boom, the population of the US was leveling off. The rate of growth was around 1.9 per female. This was a bad thing for TPTB. They needed steady population growth to fuel their plans. Teddy Kennedy, backed by Zionist Jews, pushed the Immigration Act of 1975 through, and since then we have grown by 120 million people, mostly from legal and illegal immigration. You mentioned that you were going to reveal some stuff about Soros and Rockefeller, thats great. They are closer to representing the real power behind the curtain. Those other clowns: Gates, Turner and Buffet, do not call the shots. I still contend that they are acting out of what they believe to be their "moral conscience". They know perfectly well what is comming (peak oil and peak everything) and think that they have a responsibility to use their influence to tilt the outcome in some way. I recommend you read Ralph Nader's latest book.

I have done some research on some of your sources. The Population Research Institute is funded by Neo-cons. They are extremist pro-lifers. They basically represent factions in corporate america. Again, economic growth through population growth is the air they breathe. MacroEconomics is nothing but taking resources (renewable and non-renewabl) from the planet and processing them for consumption. Humans are needed for the mining, processing and consumption. Of course they don't want depopulation. You seem like a smart person. It just blows my mind that anyone who does not DIRECTLY profit from one of those 3 steps to advocate LARGER populations.

I believe that this world could and should be able to provide sustanence for tens of billions of people. Just not all right now. The more people we allow to inhabit this world now, when these criminals are in control, the less will be able to be sustained in the future. Anyone who claims there is no risk to larger populations is directly stealing from my children, and their children.

Re: The Overpopulation Conspiracy: Overpopulation Justifies Depopulation!!
Jebus your last post made me laugh, I'm not going to respond to this post like I have with the others (I'm sure the reader can spot the obvious). But I do have to mention one part that really made me chuckle...

It should be obvious that I am a "Peaker"...I read that Erlich book last weekend... Among "peakers" it is considered to be a work of genius.
 Quoting: Jebus

Here you have stated that you are a "Peaker", and among "Peakers", 'The Population Bomb' is considered to be a work of genius, yet you only read it last weekend...

Again within your replys are assuptions and falsehoods, firstly, I have read 'The Population Bomb' aswell as researched 'Peak Oil' (and peak food and peak everything as you word it). Please refrain from such character assasination, accusations unless you have some proof to present to the readers (as I have mentioned before this is bad form)...

You mention that we are on the same page in reguards to, Elitist World Control and World Depopulation...

You and I actually have more in common than you think. I believe all of the same shit about the globalist elites and what they are doing to control us. I also believe that eventually, their goal would involve drastic depopulation.
 Quoting: Jebus

...Yet you have come to a different conclusion, all I can say to you about this is, you haven't done enough research. I will prove to the readers that there is and has been, depopulation programs around for quite awhile now, and increasing every year...

I recommend you read Ralph Nader's latest book.
 Quoting: Jebus

No, I haven't read Ralph Nader's book (I presume you mean, 'Only the Super-Rich Can Save Us!'). This particular book is a work of fiction...

"For nearly half a decade, Ralph Nader—lawyer, consumer advocate, winner of five-tenths-and-six-hundredths of one per cent of the popular vote in 2008—has been secretly working on his first novel, writing drafts and making edits on multiple Underwood Standard typewriters. Nader does not feel comfortable referring to the book as a novel, even though everything in it is made up. He says that the work belongs to a new genre, one that he calls “a practical utopia,” and defines as “a fictional vision that could become a new reality.” The book, called “Only the Super-Rich Can Save Us!,” is seven hundred and thirty-six pages long, and it contains dozens of characters, many of them real people—Warren Buffett, Barry Diller, and Ted Turner, among others—who act out Nader’s political fantasies. By the last page, most of the reforms that Nader has been arguing for all these years end up being enacted. Corporations are neutered. Third parties win. America is reborn."
[link to www.newyorker.com]

I love the books idea of people like Warren Buffett and Ted Turner (who I'm in the process of exposing), are the very people who save America from tyranny and injustices, definately a work of fiction my friend...

I believe that this world could and should be able to provide sustanence for tens of billions of people. Just not all right now.
 Quoting: Jebus

So you agree that 9 or 10 Billion people (which is less than the current population) isn't classed as 'overpopulated' as many have claimed? (Don't forget overpopulation has been screamed at the top of their lungs since the 1800's)

The more people we allow to inhabit this world now, when these criminals are in control, the less will be able to be sustained in the future.
 Quoting: Jebus

Look at it more this way... the more people on the planet, the more people to remove these criminals from control. If 100 people stood against TPTB, then they may lose, but if 6 Billion made a stand, well I think you know the outcome. Think about it! Numbers/populations are not the enemy, see them more as liberation if United...

Anyone who claims there is no risk to larger populations is directly stealing from my children, and their children.
 Quoting: Jebus

Don't use the child card on me please, that's low... stealing from mine or your kids, come on thats a twist on reality. You see the way I see it is these children ARE the future, you can't talk to me about 'population growth reduction' (stopping children from being born), then preach I'm stealing from your child. At least you can have children...

I said I wouldn't reply to your post like the others, oh well. I haven't responded to all of your points, purely because I have already answered them in earlier posts (one or two posts above) and I don't want to keep repeating myself over trival points...

Jebus you seem to be missing this threads intentions, you mention that I'm not exposing the 'real players' of this crime. This small section of the thread is called the 'Billionaire's Club To Curb Overpopulation', dubbed the 'Good Club' and only contains information pertaining to this section. The table of contents are presented in the introduction post...

There are many more topics that I will include, but have yet to update the 'Table Of Contents' with. I hope you will get a better understanding of this threads intentions and direction from looking upon this layout.

As I have stated another post I will continue this section upon the 'Good Club' (only two more to go). My next post will be about George Soros and how he fits in with this 'Billionaire's Club To Curb Overpopulation'. I will not be posting 'everything' about Soros (that will come later), only the parts relating to the 'Good Club'...

Re: The Overpopulation Conspiracy: Overpopulation Justifies Depopulation!!
George Soros:
George Soros (born August 12, 1930, as Schwartz György) is a Hungarian-American financier, businessman and notable philanthropist focused on supporting liberal ideals and causes. He became known as "the Man Who Broke the Bank of England" after he made a reported $1 billion during the 1992 Black Wednesday UK currency crises. Soros correctly speculated that the British government would have to devalue the pound sterling.

George Soros

Soros is Chairman of the Soros Fund Management and the Open Society Institute and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Council on Foreign Relations. He played a significant role in the peaceful transition from communism to capitalism in Hungary (1984–89) and provided Europe's largest-ever higher education endowment to Central European University in Budapest. Later, the Open Society Institute's programs in Georgia were considered by Russian and Western observers to have been crucial in the success of the Rose Revolution. In the United States, he is known for donating large sums of money in an effort to defeat President George W. Bush's bid for re-election in 2004. In 2010, he donated $1 million in support of Proposition 19, which would have legalized marijuana in the state of California. He was an initial donor to the Center for American Progress, and he continues to support the organization through the Open Society Foundations. The Open Society Institute has active programs in more than 60 countries around the world with total expenditures currently averaging approximately $600 million a year.

New York Times columnist Paul Krugman is critical of Soros's effect on financial markets.

"[N]obody who has read a business magazine in the last few years can be unaware that these days there really are investors who not only move money in anticipation of a currency crisis, but actually do their best to trigger that crisis for fun and profit. These new actors on the scene do not yet have a standard name; my proposed term is 'Soroi.'"

OSI

George Soros (himself a father of 5) through his Open Society Institute has funded the US Nationwide Mifepristone Affiliate Readiness Project backing media advertising and training programmes for medical (chemical) abortion training; with a pledge of $600,000

The Soros foundation provided the funds needed to pioneer the Abortion Rights Mobilisation RU 486 clinical trials in the US. With additional funds from John Merck Foundation 15 medical centres were provided with RU 486 for ‘evaluation’ by 3000 women.

Ellen Chesler author of ‘Women of Valour– Margaret Sanger and the IPP’ has directed Soros’ backed Program for Reproductive Health & Rights; assisting in the allotment of National (US) Network of Abortion Funds.

Soros’ Open Society Institute is quite openly political in its aim– “to protect laws governing reproductive health care, especially abortions… to support public opinion research….to combat anti choice activities in support of a campaign to gain widespread awareness and acceptance of emergency contraception. ”

Soros’ foundation has provided the not for profit vehicle for the Council on Foreign Relations to filter tax money in support of population control programs.

Planned Parentho

Planned Parenthood:
Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), commonly shortened to Planned Parenthood, is the U.S. affiliate of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and one of its larger members. PPFA provides reproductive health and maternal and child health services. Planned Parenthood Action Fund, Inc. (PPAF) is a related organization that lobbies the U.S. political system for pro-choice legislation, comprehensive sex education, and access to affordable health care. Planned Parenthood is the largest abortion provider in the United States, although abortions account for only about 3% of the health care services provided by the organization.

Planned Parenthood affiliate clinics account for approximately 27% of U.S. abortions versus 73 percent at other, non-affiliated medical facilities.

The organization has its roots in Brooklyn, New York where Margaret Sanger opened the country's first birth control clinic. Sanger founded the American Birth Control League in 1921, which in 1942 became part of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Inc. Since then, it has grown to have over 820 clinic locations in the United States, with a total budget of approximately US $1 billion, and provides an array of services to over three million people.
[link to en.wikipedia.org]

The Beginning:
Planned Parenthood often refers to Margaret Sanger as a nurse, although she did not complete her training, reaching the status of a nurse-probationer.

The first clinic closed when the three women were arrested nine days later, prosecuted, and sentenced to 30 days in the workhouse for distributing 'obscene' materials and for 'prescribing dangerous medical procedures.'

Following her second marriage, to millionaire J. Noah Slee, and with huge funds now at her disposal, Sanger opened another clinic. To avoid legal problems she called it a "Research Bureau," and began smuggling diaphragms in from Holland.

In 1939 Sanger's magazine, The Birth Control Review, published an editorial praising the German population control efforts. It had previously published an article by Nazi eugenicist Dr. Ernst Rudin, director of the Nazi Medical Experimentation programme.

In 1942, during World War II, to divert attention away from the revolutionary ideals of the organization, its international links and Nazi connection, Sanger's organization was renamed Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Inc.

To conceal their previous championing of eugenic concepts, that the Nazis put into practice in the concentration camps and medical experiments , Planned Parenthood changed its policy from advocating eugenics to concern for the "overpopulation problem."

PPFA is the oldest and largest organization within the IPPF and the only FPA that performs abortions at its own facilities. The first Planned Parenthood facility to perform abortions was the Planned Parenthood Center of Syracuse, New York. It began doing abortions on July 2, 1970—one day after abortion became legal in New York State.

There are two kinds of abortion in the U.S. — in-clinic abortion and the abortion pill (RU486).

Abortions are very common. In fact, more than 1 out of 3 women in the U.S. have an abortion by the time they are 45 years old.

Racist Roots of Planned Parenthood:
Sanger’s obsession with eugenics and racism was clearly presented in her involvement of planning the First World Population Conference which took place in Geneva in 1926. She was not mentioned on the actual program, but instead worked behind the scenes and initiated the “Negro Project” in 1939. She stated, “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population and the minister is the man who can straighten out the idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.” The objective of the “project” was to infiltrate the black community by presenting birth control as a health option for women.

Planned Parenthood has been investigated numerous times uncovering some very shocking facts. This video talks about Planned Parenthood targeting minorities to underwrite abortions.

Planned Parenthood Exposed!

And more recently, Planned Parenthood have been exposed as advocating human trafficking and child prostitution. In this video the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services discusses the tragedy of the quarter million children per year who are victims of human trafficking and child prostitution in the United States.

In this video at about 0:25 seconds, George Soros calls himself the "Puppet Master" and the "Extreme left-wing Manipulator".

George Soros - Admits he is the "Puppet Master"

Do you believe Mr Soros is one of 'The Puppet Masters'? This post is only a brief summary of George Soros' involvement with population control via charities and clinics. I will be presenting in a later section George Soros' involvement in other population control schemes such as foods, resources and whole economies...
