I'm a dude and my right nipple constantly itches and looks lighter in color than my left nipple. Can someone help?

See a doctor because men CAN get breast cancer too, it's rare but it happens. Be aware that there is no stigma attached, cancer is an immune dysfunction and can happen anywhere, as well as skin cancer.

Put some witch hazel on it. Might sting if you've dug at it but it should clear it up. If it's excema eat some broccoli.

Tape a clean silver dime to it overnight and see if that helps.

Did you shave or scratch that area? If so, it could be cellulitis....bacteria under the skin....itchy and puffy....and red. You would need antibiotics. If it was an insect bite, it probably would be gone in a week or two. If you haven't shaved or scratched the area, and its not an insect bite, you should go to an E.R. or your regular doctor and have it looked at. Don't ignore it, that rarely helps and can make a small problem turn into a serious one. Good luck, take care of yourself.
