Passing The Tests: Progression! Part Two: Love Frequency

There is a frequency allignment, a Love frequency, higher order, compassion and caring, equality, most of all, to never harm another, to only help. This empowers everyone, and also draws our help in, brings into the world the positive beings spiritually and corporally that can help.

This gives negatives far less room or access to the planet, or the souls within it.

Its a highly interactive holographic school.

In all the religions there are Light filled messages of Love, light squares, and control messages, war messages, harm or judge other messages, dark squares.

In politics, insitutions, school, economic models, economics itself, it is the same thing.

No one should be buying anything completely. We are not democrats, republicans, Liberals, Conservatives or NDP'ers, we are not Christians, Muslims, Hindu's, Buddists.

We are all from the same Family above.

And the divisions are the same the world over.

We should understand that one can take any book, and look for the positive in it, and then disregard, throw away anything that would harm another. Period.

Its basic, the heart of a child should tell you this, your own inner child, should be allowed to shine the way.

We should be able to take the best light filled passages, and examples handed down by the Greatest Teachers, Buddha, Christ Jesus, and others, and put aside the rest.

We should be able to see the best of the programs political or economic, the ones that equalize and yet preserve freedoms without a police state, the ones that sidestep the corporate interests yet promote grass roots business and trade and opportunities, and yet don't force anyone into any system.

We should be able to tell that someone who is athritic and handicapped, or a young mother with 3 children is not positioned to work all day and keep their homes going.

This is common sense.

Common sense comes before any form of economic model or any form of politcs.

And Love is the passing grade.

Now the frequency message I wish to share the way to waking up more to who we are in source, and from a variety of ways, Prayer/Meditation/contemplating the walk of Christ Jesus and Frequency Raising/Manifesting as well.

There are many ways to wake up.

But we are not islands to ourselves.

Those who take karma to mean that all can solve their problems alone and don't concern themselves with others have missed the point of the school.

This school is about Love, and Growing our Consciousness.

Our Infinite Journey and Infinite Progression is by realizing we're Family and Families not only don't harm, but they always help.

Family is the key to our Infinite Progression, and its about Team Work, lending a helping hand.

What world is this? What kingdom? What shores of what worlds?

If you can answer this...then you are on the right path...

I can only share truly my own spiritual journey here, but would really encourage others to share theirs as well. There isn't one way. There is one way, one truth, in who has set this school up, who our Family truly are, what the journey is, but we don't all find that one way, so to be very specific, that one way is Unconditional Love, concern for others, nudging others into awareness and to begin to seek too.

We're being tested every day, within the confines of our relationships, our perceptions, our reactions, and especially our actions. As we wake up more, the tests can come back as if a reminder, we still didn't find the love in this situation. We didn't find our empowerment or allow for the freedom and empowerment of another. Why are we still arguing with each other, striving to win the fight, being ego based, I based, rather than thinking of the other,and finding the peace, and unity, those things that connect us, or walking away if nothing else works and striving for some peace within.

Every situation is a test to us. And an opportunity.

Some are very hard and we need to think of safety first and foremost for loved ones, dependents and ourselves.

Sometimes bad things can happen to good people.

Reaching out to others. Having understanding,and striving to go that extra mile for others is a part of this earth test.

We don't give enough. The higher frequency and videos that will be listed here, they're very good, but there is one thing that raises your frequency higher than good rainbow foods, and health and excercise.

Higher than meditation.

That is giving to others. Giving to people, to nature.

Gifts unblock us.

Gifts arent just money, they can be hearing someones pain, sharing what little you have, taking time to do something with the right intent.

Its the intent of our hearts that matters the most. Sometimes we do the wrong thing with the right intent, and there are many mitigating circumstances.

But its our intentions that count the most when we are reviewing our lives in the end with those Family who oversee this school.

As we forgive others, so we are forgiven, and we need to remind ourselves to count ourselves in, to be generous at overlooking faults even real harm others have caused us, and willing to take responsiblity for all situations and arguments, even if we weren't in the wrong, for there are soul connections here, No One Is In Your Life Without A Reason, There Are No Coincidences.

So, as we see this, we should be willing to pour out our hearts to what we see as Goodness and Love, to God, and Family with the only real intention to grow in love and not harm, but help, to peel gently back the layers of our faults and see the next test or difficulty in a new light, from the other persons point of view.

To turn our weaknesses into strengths!

The one here, in the school? This is like being in a dreamscape, when we awake from a dream, we are in a dream yet again.

Home is outside the projectors. Though in a sense, we're not bringing heaven to earth, but as seeds, raising earth to heaven, for all matter, in this school, the energy waves themselves will one day be transformed.

I have soul memories of home, and even glimpses of world, eutopia, where all everything we have is shared, and our innermost thoughts are understood. I recall my Father,and his words to me to come home, and just sighed the biggest sigh and sagged as He began to speak within me, no longer allowed to remember, but I kept nodding over and over again.

We have a Family, Father/Mother/Yehsua/Jesus, our Beloved Big Brother, and other Teachers too, Brother and Sisters.

They have walked the walk themselves, in previous schools, and existences, and passed the tests of Love.

We are to them, 0.000000000000000000000000............% and they to us 99.999999999999999999999.........% and this growing our consciousness past the levels of the cosmic school.

I'm sure there are more zero's than 9's but I don't want to count.

I've had experiences all my life and they have transformed more negative ones with protection into the positive, and now its finding the way nudge the way to others,though not one way, no one is really expected to know everything in this school, the basic lessons are, sorting out the white and dark squares, what is good and love, what helps and never harms.

In the tests, there is a right answer, and various grades of inbetweens ,and wrongs. Love, neutral and Fear/Harm.

Do we overcome world views and distractions, materialism, economics, our own tiredness, or limits, to be there for another, for example. Or do we send them away empty handed, or get into an argument because we're tired?

Many many tests. Some are very serious ones. To do with real harm.

There are modern beliefs, that suggest all is Love, and that harm is only a perception.

These are things we need to understand as well, that we are being graded and our own souls will be very hard on ourselves, that these tests can take a long journey for some.

There is a two lane highway, and choices we need to make, trying to peel off the layers of dust and grime gently, or perceptions even. Some have made big train wrecks of their lives.

But its not too late, to feel sorrow, to want to shine again, to help,and to wish to take responsibility and start to clean up the mess.

It is a narrow road...and most don't see it...only when you open your heart completley and leave the hate and negative behind you then you begin to see the tests all around you...nice thread op...thank you...

Some believe that one shouldn't be pushed into making changes,or have ulterior motives, ie. some practice faith as a way to try and cover their errors, instead of dealing with them, doing things for a sense of reward, or out of fear of consequences.

The best approach is because you're soul is pushing you, nudging you, and even giving you a swift kick in the seat of the pants, and some of those nudges can be from others as well, because you are driven within. You know there is nothing else to do but strive to move forward. And you would strive to become the best you can, so as to not let Family above down, or family here down, that would make you feel the worst.

Even more so, if one ever thought the whole universe and existences above where all hijacked by negatives, it was all a spiritual social darwinism with the toughest meanest taking the pie, then its being Love for the sake of Love, Good for the sake of Good,even you were the only light in an ocean of darkness and there were no rewards.

However, there is no exiting this school, or the cosmic one until our frequency is alligned with theirs.

Metaphorically, one way of describing this is as follows:

If you were outside this universe, looking in, and joining into a neverending story/school, as a character, like when you read a novel, becoming the hero or heroione. If a part of your expanded consciousness as a Greater Light Being, joined into the fray, your thought that became a part of this, would not be able to return back home, until it was purified on the same higher love frequency.

Love and Goodness does not allign itself with anger or discord or violence.

We're here to recover.

As if a Light into the world, into the trenches, forgetting who you are, with the job of finding yourself, either preserving your light all along, or dusting off that which has been caked on it, to help another.

And if you were the only light in a dark world, where everyone was looking for the truth, and yearning for inspiration, but felt trapped with no doors or windows open,
you are an Infinite Soul, with connections (There Is No Time) to all the clips of the infinite roll of film of your life, forever, and past the regressions and eventually into the progression that all souls are called to, so you have Infinite Resources and Potential to Shine Your Light and Family, Father/Creator, Brothers and Sisters, to assist, how can you allow failure to enter into your mind.

We're called to wake up. To have faith in Goodness and Love watching over, in ourselves too, in those around us, to trust the light within them to see it, recognize and speak to this light.

To wake up and do the work we came to do. To get on with it, see through the traps here.

Great song. The sun is very much a mystery/projector. I do feel it has other channels, but only see the positive.

ie. there are two rays, UV A, UV B, the second is very needed to prevent cancer. Of course most sunblocks block the beneficial ray and shouldn't be worn at all.


If we kept a journal of the times the sun brightens our room or cuts out from behind the thickest clouds for us, we'd be detailing many many daily miracles.


Once, not long after the meditation/contemplation of infinity when higher self contact began,and downloads,I had a flu and couldnt deal with anything, and the jam leapt out of the fridge, and made a terrible mess, and I was feeling very cranky. Was about to blame the kids, when the room lit up with sunlight, and my Self, stepped into me, and said, "Remember you are the sunlight, be a warm and loving ray!" Then I was healed, and with joy cleaned up the kitched, tidied up and went to shine some love at the boys.

Another time, at the glass sliding door after several days of feeling really discouraged, that nothing I could do would change the aggressive arguments of my younger sons, and my health conditions, 2 heart attacks and chronic fatigue, were not up to the match for this. And I felt so bad, that it was all my fault and nothing worked.

I was a the door, it had been raining for days and there were thick overcast clouds.

Suddenly the entire sky brightened and the sun shone almost through, and it was like my ET experiences, Guides/Family at the door. I could see in my mind, and hear this greeting. She identified as my sister and vibrations were rushing through me, joy and so much gratitude, appreciation for the gift, a wish for all to experience this.

But I was told to be loving, to use humor, above all, a sense of humor to connect with them and anyone being young and childish, just shine light, be the example, don't worry about the phsyical and mental draining of tyring to be a coach or referee or rigid disciplinarian. That wasn't me, at all, and couldn't do this no matter what. To distract them from their moods, and remind them they're light, and use humor and love always.


And for about 10 minutes this continued with so much encouraged, yes you can do it.

I've had a star move in at night once when I was crying with the very same message, You Can Do It, We Believe In You. And then vanish overhead.

My 19 year old son and I were discussing infinity one day, (now he shared many sitings and missing time, but he didnt share contact, with me, though he remembers some dreams of being taught history and future events)

But this one day, the very same Guide or Old Man, is all I can say, he seemed to step forth from the sky or sunlight, and both my son, then 18 and I experienced him and his laughter with delight at students mulling over this question, at the same time.

My son, just bolted upright with a look of astonishment and shock.

I knew he experienced it too and said, He laughed and my son nodded, so we had a talk.


I think it was shortly after this in a meditation, my friend who had an nde, suggested I close my eyes and picture flying through space, connecting to my Infinite Self, growing larger and larger.

It became a vision.

The first time, I was suddenly standing on the picture of the universe, like a painting or poster with a very hard surface, and I couldn't get back in.

Then, after resetting it in my mind, like rewinding the tape, I was flying again, and this angel or blond male ET/angel light being, joined me. He pointed to and showed a trap door in the top of the universe so I climbed up, and we were in a half way landscape, filled with white light everywhere, colors muted by the light.

We were in a town square, with a fountain, and others were there, Yeshua/Jesus was there, but the very same Old Man Guide came up to me, with humor and twinkle in his warm eyes, and asked me "What did I learn in this lifetime?" I thought about the kids and felt regrets that I couldn't give them the kind of life I wanted, and he was leading me to this kind of low structure, grecian columned building saying, Come let us discuss this, and then I woke up.

The sun, sunlight, Light, Consciousness.

There are many ways to begin to wake up, and this list is going to be my own version, what worked best for me. We're not all the same, I had some crafts and things normally not experienced wake me up too, and my son. I don't see the universe through conventional lenses, so to me its no surprise at just maleable this material reality is, magical or miraculous even, where things shouldn't be the way they are, and the rules are bent and things transform right before your eyes.

Such as the sun growing bigger and calling you out even to sungaze, and then a portfolio or sideshow of colored washes and a song is singing inside your heart. And though its february, and in Canada at that, you're so warm you have to strip off your jacket and sweater and get the sun on your arms.

Or you miss the bird songs in early spring, and suddenly they're there a few moments later. A bike show starts up and they disappear, you miss them again, return with coffee, and they're all singing for you once more.

Prayer is one way. I spent a lot of time in prayer, and my friend suggested that the reason for such a overt wakeup like we got, was due to my prayers, free will, answering me. Was really seeking to know, why me, why cant everyone experience this.

Of course I believe they can, and its a question of reaching that level of awareness or frequency.

To me prayer is pouring your heart and soul out, even if you feel bad about yourself.

Prayer is like phoning home. I do it before sleep, in the bath, washing dishes, while sungazing and before meditation. I pour my worries about being unable to help, letting others down, and pray for the Spirit of Peace and Love to be with everyone in my family, myself and the world, and that our sight will be healed, our perceptions, our awareness.

That we will wake up more and be more effective at helping one another.

I pray for the world, the children,nature, for all of us to be free from sickness, disease, slavery, oppression, wars, starvation, for children to be strengthened, healed, rescued from abuse and scars of abuse, from occult groups, from the streets of the Phillipies, for homes to open to the street children, for women and childrens safety and freedom in oppressive countries as well. To escape from control, from veils.

I pour out my heart under the stars, and talk about the experiences others have had, I have had, the underground bases, the children and women sexually abused by the Co-op black op programs, and ask for help.

We all need to do this, and if we were really waking up to the world around us and the rabbit holes here, help would be coming.

Its time I got on with it.

The highest frequency experience is in giving the gift of yourself to others, there are no higher methods,even meditation pales compared to giving. Giving is the greatest way to expand your knowledge, especially when coupled with faith and prayer, contemplation and meditation, and taking responsiblity, blaming self not others for everything,

Forgiveness of others, and working through all these difficulties, for life is really about relationships, with family and the world at large, and how we strive to overcome.

Morningmayans channel is loaded full of really great videos. A window opened up and I recognized her as a sister two summers ago, when alot of energy was hitting us. Linda West. She puts 1000 X into her videos what she puts into her book.

She started this journey after dreams of angels and math. As an ex catholic (much like me) she wanted them to go away, but they wouldn't. Some say this is new age.

I say if you don't understand love. light and goodness yet, your missing the point. We all have different walks to wake up in,and are able to reach different people in those walks.

Light rejoices in all expressions of Light.

Love rejoices in all expressions of Love.

It works, what she shows. I've had remarkable experience and filled the sky, I'm sure with angel help, for it was a miracle, with pink hearts, on a very stormy black strewn clouded sky. That is something I remember whenever the thought of not being able to do it comes back, there is no reason to think that. The universe is alot more miraculous and interactive than we think.

I'm not going to list all of her videos. There are far two many.

The clues and trail on on her channel, and she also makes so many for awareness and to motivate people against GMO foods, Monsanto, and NWO,and to speak up, write in, phone in. She doesnt just talk the talk, but leads by example how to walk the walk.

The higher frequency states are more psi, more soul memories, more love, and closer to God/Divinity/Family.

They are very much related to love. Connection with Higher Self/Family and Soul knowledge is basically, reaching the love channel, and its going within and finding that precious pearl.

Yeshua spoke of in Matthew 13, the weeds and snares, that grow up, the world around us, the programs in our minds that cake over with mud, the inner light and soul awareness young children come into this world with.

We need to set about weeding the garden.

To strive to uncover the programs.

Some of them are hard, and all of our movies and media are filled with negativity, including their programming the matrix, movies and songs that depict disasters before they happen.

So, one of the fastest ways to start to overcome this matrix and negativity, and all the programs, is to live in our hearts.

Strive to be 24/7 connected to the heart.

I have some simple prayers, meditations that I use, that assist.

I'll list some examples of music one can use on an mp3 player, but....its what uplifts us, the frequencies help, but they're not needed. Very positive music helps.

I do this silently too, with no music.


Or I listen to dolphins and whalesong, or the sounds of nature.

Doing this in nature is a very big plus as well.

And water, in fact meditations for the bath or dishes, or poolside/creekside are very good as well.

But they should be simple, nothing that takes years to get the hang of.

Your soul knows the way.

These videos began a journey that led to more regular inner connections, the second one, the first I just found now.

And ultimately protection from other elements as well.

The most natural meditations would be:

To reach into that infinity within you, to reach into the flow quickly and spontaneously and connect.

Another way, would be, to see a hand reach out and reach for this. Think of only the Highest Good and Love and ask for help to work out your problems and faults, to find a way to remove the dust particles and muddy aura and shine. To grow more love. Ask questions. wait quietly, send love and thankfulness even if no answers appear at first.

Always take responsibility. Say, you may not be ready, perhaps your not meant to know yet, but please help me to overcome the world in me, and my faults, anger, disappointments, or larger problems, some are experiencing, and help me be ready.

Pour your heart out. But always take responsibility. Never transfer blame onto another.

2. Lying down, or seated, in the most natural way, and comfort, with or without frequency or music. To best describe this process for me:

--With music, ie. monroe institute hemisycn. My preparation stage is just prayer. I pray, pour my heart out, pray for others and family, ask for the Spirit of Peace and Love us, and for protection and guidance.

---Without music, the same thing, prayer. Then, relaxing into gentle mindlessness/zenmind, ie. paying very light attention to the world around, until the ringing begins in my ears, then focusing lightly on this,and the vibrations, then focusing lightly on this, or the colors in your mind.


I might say, my sight is open, my third is open, my insight is open, my memories are open.

With either method you set the goal to reach a stage where your body is asleep, but your mind is awake.


At this point, when you are deeply into possibly theta or crossing into alpha, think of yourself as expanding larger and larger, your awareness is not within your body, your self, but greater than self.

Picture your awareness growing large enough to send love to the earth, to hold the earth in the palm of your hands, to larger still......

Feel this increase in frequency and say that your vibrational frequency level is increasing.

Then notice that, your body is light, and there is glowing field of light surrounding you. Relax deeply into this light, travel through it, deeply, seeing yourself going past the ripple of the veil. Pray and ask for direction, guidance, or help with problems. You can envision or manifest. you can picture anyone you are having difficulty with, in your heart. Strive to feel them, to understand them more, what they feel. Do you know when they were last happy?

Do you know what makes them happy?

What do they want to experience as loving?

Are we blocking them getting their needs met?

Understanding!

Or, just remain happy, aware, yet relaxed in the light, and grateful.

And see what this brings.

Examine problems while doing the dishes, connected to water, or in the bath/shower.

Ask yourself, why am I here, why am I here? Repeatedly. Who am I? And then,

let it go, drift. Do the dishes, let zenmind and routine take over.

Drift slowly, and keep open, keep your antenna up.

See what that brings.

Instead of embedding songs and whale songs, I remembered they were put on my first thread that included some of this and some of my experiences.

The key is to pray, and to seek, asking questions, and then it letting it go.

Also, to take all negatives, and turn them around into positives.

And write those down, speak them.

Ask for help doing this.

And learning to stay in our hearts. Whenever one feels angry or stressed, try to pull away, and find the peace within.

I picture the sun in my heart, and love in my heart.

Stay there, from that perspective, and try not to harm another with words.

But be gentle with self and others at all times as well. This is a process.
