Is Hawaii the only state that offers this "Certificate of Live Birth?" Is that because it was a new state and wasn't quite with the program yet?

Another thing that I never get answered in birther threads
is, what proof do you guys have that Obama's mom was in
Kenya when she was 9 months pregnant? There is proof she was
in the US a few weeks before she gave birth. So why would 8
month pregnant 18 yr old American who is a new mom go to a
third world country just to have a baby and then immediately
return to the US?

Here is another certificate birth of twins who were born next day after Obama.

Why serial number on Obama's certificate is 10641 (born August 4, 1961) and serial numbers on other certificates are 10637 and 10638 (born August 5, 1961).

Also, it really looks to me that paper pattern was imprinted after this copy was taken? Just look at the left side where paper is bent inside. The pattern is still intact. I don't get it.

It is a sad day for this country. Ignorance reigns when the president has to go on tv to prove he was born in this country after countless others have already proven it.
