You bring up a very valid point... I wonder how those numbers are generated.
actually....the lady in the BC was born on 8/5/61...a day after Obama....so, if obama was born before her, why is his Cert # after hers....his should be before hers...
The Certificate numbers are generated by date year and last initial of the birth person
