Anyway, there could be more I could dig up on this topic. With what information I had available to me at the time, I tried to make a fair and balanced decision.

From what I've see so far, I'm 80% sure that both the spirit and the letter of the law are satisfied. The remaining 20% I can't easily verify, so it's wait-and-see on those.
