Now, I've a suggestion. I'm from China. Anyway you can do the same for the chinese language? As you may already know, word in chinese language contains much more information than alphabetical language since it is a language graphical in nature.

Asking the following question is part of the choice I make out of my freewill. So my manager above should have already laid out the choices that I would make and know that I would choose to ask this question right now! So did my manager communicate with you in advance and plan your action (answering my question) in my my life? Does it work like that? If not how?
