Hello Op- Thats the whole point ! How could they be so stupid? It must have been done on purpose as a distraction... The White House cant be this retarded can they ??

Whoever did it in the records office apparently left OCR settings on, causing birthers to go crazy with Adobe Illustrator analysis.  NO the WHITE HOUSE scanned it!!!! Remember the official story: Obama's lawyer went to Hawaii to pick up the DOCUMENTS from Alvin T Onaka. She picked up TWO COPIES of the document and took them back to Washington DC. Then the WHITE HOUSE scanned it and put it on their website.
