Ever since I put my faith in Christ, it seems like he reveals himself in ways that makes him almost impossible to resist. How can you when the truth is made known? He makes himself evident in many ways.

Hebrews 11:1

Jesus looks within a person's heart to see weather they are being genuine or mocking. Don't expect an answer if your heart is in the wrong place. Pray for a receptive and soft heart. Pray that he would make himself known to you. Believe. He loves you. Be humbled and he will reveal himself to you.

I used to have faith but after Obama debacle I have learned that man needs to question legitimacy and not just place his faith that someone else is saying the truth untill they prove their legitimacy with official state issued documents.

That is because you're putting your faith on shaky ground. A good foundation would be God. It is better to look to the God of the universe the one who made you and everything you see. Man is fallen and even the most trust worthy friend you have will not always be there for you when you are down. There is only one and he is God. Trust in Him and He will NEVER let you down.
