Go to your doc and see if you have H-Pilori. 8 out of 10 people have it, but with a few days of fasting and a H-pilori kit, you can get rid of them. Seriously and honestly, I had the same problem for the longest time. Nothing and no one could help me, and I never knew what was causing it. Not even a doctor could help me. I used to have to use hyrdrocrontizone or preparation h or some other cream just to relive the pain and itching. Now that I am on this challenge thing I'm doing, my butt never itches or burns anymore. If you are interested in the challenge then let me know. It really helps a lot of people overcome a lot of problems like this. If did for me.

Doing this does not cure the problem, believe me, I know. I have tried the same thing over and over again. You have to flush all the crap and junk out of your body and replenish your body with healthy foods and other things. You also have to live a healthy lifestyle. The wipe/AD ointment trick is only a quick fix, not a long term fix.

Find a rough rug take your pants and underwear off and scoot around on the rug dragging your itchy ass along the floor. My dog does it and it seems to help.

if you use tp and are dehydrated the older you get the drier ur bum will get..use aloe vera to hydrate urself on outside and drink lots of water or you'll keep having problems..rest of stuff could be true too roids, worms etc etc

oh and if you are incapacitated for even a couple days..getting up and moving around suddenly will cause roids/tissue tear..so be ginger if inactive for any amt of time b4 getting active again. trust me..i was hospitalized for 3 days got home and rip..worst thing ever! i was 16!! laid up for 2 days again cuz of it!
