It's the moon.

In the first part, the camera has adjusted the levels so it looks nice and bright during the early morning low light levels. Example:
[link to www.extremeinstability.com]

As the moon gets more and more into the picture, the camera lowers the light levels a little because it's getting too bright.

That's why the moon goes from some super bright object that looks like the sun, to just a dim object in the sky.

Since the moon is full, that means that the sun rises around the same time (give or take an hour) the moon sets.

Sure enough, you see the sun rise shortly after the moons sets.

Obviously not the moon - the moon wasn't full that day. The South Pole Observatory is registering the same object too, so it's nothing local to Japan. Probably our Sun's little sister. That'd also explain the rise in quakes, volcanoes, sinkholes, landslides, lithosphere tears, geomagnetic disturbances, weather anomalies, animal die-offs, etc, etc.

I'm curious - how is it that this "Sun's little sister" hasn't been spotted by any human being, let alone amateur astronomer, let alone professional astronomer, on the entire planet?
