Thanks for the detox link, I came across the Activated Charcoal as a general detox. I started using the capsules (plan to order the powder) the past few days. Not sure if the charcoal will work for GMOs, but figure it can't hurt and work the metals out of the system.

Anyone else using activated charcoal and know the signs to watch for metals or other food/environment chemical withdrawals?
