And by the way, OP, there is no such thing as a "Non-lethal" weapon. Tasers and sprays have been known to kill a few people.....

It will make you vomit uncontrollably to smell it. Seriously, it's some bad stuff. I used plain cooking corn oil. After one week..it's really bad...after two...you can't even get close to smelling it.

Be careful that you don't spill it..not even a drop. I spilled about a spoonful in my sink drain and the smell was there for weeks. Make sure you leave a good couple inches at the top for expansion. AND BE SURE YOU USE A GLASS JAR WITH A TIGHT SCREW ON LID. I think cutting the potatoes up a little smaller works better..IMO. Maybe not. This is what the Sea Shepherd throws at the Japanese whaling ships.

Hunting deer musk, it is so bad, that if you spray it one someone they will run. Their is laughing gas, if you can get it in a small container.

My favorite is a bull whip it is 6' long with, 1 1\2 to 2 foot handle can be rolled up easy, it is something you have to learn to use but it isn't lethal unless you mean it to be. It will deter a person and even pull a gun or knife out of a hand, if you practice.
