It's called the Middle Pillar Ritual. The ritual is constructed around the visualization of an energy center above the head called the Kether on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life while vibrating (intoning with your voice) a specific set of syllables associated with that energy center while standing straight up with your hands out palms up at your sides and then drawing the energy down to various energy centers related to the Chakras and vibrating the syllables associated with those energy centers.

This practice is compatible with yoga practices from the east which are intended to raise kundalini energy and are generally considered to be an effective compatible routine.

There are a few preliminaries necessary to make this ritual successful, such as the ability to perform the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram to clear the energy of the space in which you are performing the ritual and your own mind, as well as the necessity of having a grasp of basic relaxation techniques.
