What this means to me. If you can get water to form an exclusion zone of that size, then it means that using water as spacers between thin sheets of other substances would allow you to use the water as liquid crystal sheets. Which would be very important.

Such as with the water powered car. Supposedly it used water in a super thin film in a capacitor and with resonant pulses broke it down, much more efficiently than with normal electrolysis.

Now, if this exclusion zone of ordered water is that thick, then that would make so much more sense. Resonant pulses through water that ordered would be much simpler!

I know somebody who wont like this.

You can use the liquid crystal water in the exclusion in the electrolysis process and achieve greater efficiency than regular electrolysis.

This is a prototype device made of Nafion using the new discovery to purify water.

I just watched it, very informative.. and yes it is a bit slow in the beginning, however it does provide a sufficient pretext to the information he has identified in this lecture.

Thanks OP. I have a water treatment device that imparts frequencies to the water. It causes the water to increase its oxygen content which leads to bad bacteria dying and a balanced ph level. I've had it for 4 yrs. It is just clamped to the pipe. The water doesn't go thru it. The chlorine turns to gas and escapes when the tap is opened. The inventor is Roland Plocher, google if your interested. Water is indeed fascinating. I watched the video, can't wait for some new products.

Is it for city water? I have well water and I don't have to worry about chlorine. I use a reverse osmosis filter and test my water out of the faucet at 40 PPM suspended solids, tap from the well water is like 480 PPM.

It doesn't vibrate, but it does transmit frequencies to the water. It will work on well water. I'm in a small town in tx. with less than good water.
