The Dakotas are getting hit with HAARP rings...trying to take out the wheat basket?

I am checking out the interactive map of Intellicast, and there's been HAARP rings all over there today. If you check now, there's like 3 major ones.

Is this normal? I know it's not...but is this normal along with HAARP rings. Sorry...noob here. Anyways, love to hear what others think. Hopefully it's just the norm. It's just I know most the wheat is grown there. Actually, I know Italy gets lots of its wheat from there, too.
