Aside from the obvious fact of it being a radically inhospitable environment, let's extrapolate.

With a conservative estimate of 200 billion stars in
our own Milky Way galaxy alone, and given that our Sun
is a fairly unremarkable main sequence star, and if we
posit 300 races living in each star, for sake of argument,
and acknowledging in advance a wide range of conditions
inside them...

...this implies 60 trillion races in our galaxy alone.

Further, it's estimated that there are 150-200 billion
galaxies in our observable universe, so perhaps ~1e25
races, and that would be just those living inside stars,
let alone those in or about the vastly larger number
of planets.

You have vastly underestimated the size of this universe.
