2 questions arise after reading.
1, how far up in the navy chain do you have to be before things get juicy? I have family in the navy, training officers and chiefs. I try to get what I can but you know how how it is. Just curious if they'd be the wiser to spawar and the like.

2- any new thoughts on time travel? New developments maye?
