John,
Any thoughts on the recent Lear 25 crash in Mexico? It was owned by a company out of Vegas. Reports of Shoddy/Fraudulent maintenance practices by the owner, Esquino. My initial thought was pressurization problem as the crash occurred shortly after takeoff and from an altitude of FL280.
The pilot was also 78.
Quoting: MaxTork Yep. That woujld do it. If the outflow valve sticks open your first clue is the horn at 10,000 feet. Your second clue is the masks drop out at 12,000 feet. Your third clue is your head hits the instrument panel. Your final clue is that big, bright, beautiful light just aheaad.
