- but some of us are gettin a little concerned about Lear's absence..

It is fixed now luckily. I think his domain registration expired and his host had a temporary lock on the site.

hoss58, is the other site you are talking about PRC? Havent really visited there sinc ethey had some forum issues.

Hello all and Hoss!!

For anyone who didn't know, Lou visited John recently. Here is the info on that:


April 20-21, 2013, sleeper (Lou) visited the Lear compound and enjoyed the company of John and his delightful family. Sleeper was invited to participate in a documentary/film about John's life months earlier but needed the proper intergalactic authorizations before accepting invitation.

Coincidently, during the two days that John and sleeper interfaced, sleeper's website, ufolou.com, was taken off the air due to a so-called misunderstanding by the financial department hosting said website...talk about timing! Or should I say conspiracy!

The camera crew and producers were outstanding and hopefully they will successfully clear any hurdles and produce an informative and entertaining movie that will enlighten the masses and change the world...lol

A movie trailer might be in the offing.

Yeah, I was thinking that too Hoss.

These things are never planted randomly. Why do they need people to focus on it again, all this time later?

I guess that will unfold in the next couple of months.

What gets me is there are no marks on the wall above the so called " landing gear". also... how did the media know that there are" Boeing" part numbers and logo on the wreckage so soon after they found this?


From the overhead shot of the gap that this thing had to fall into , there should be an impact mark on the walls of the opening. Are we supposed to believe that no one (in 12 years ) in either building never looked in this gap? , especially after this object hit the building going however many miles an hour?... it would have had to make a loud noise !!

Ha!! yeah and that also. Plus it is considered a "crime scene " as they are looking for human remains

The plane didn't have it's landing gear down . How would it get human remains on it ?

How would there be human remains after 12 years? , they do have rats in New York[grin]

These are just off the top of my head , I am sure there are even better questions.

I screwed around in google earth looking for trajectories and more basically how it could have flown there.

Firstly, I am amazed at how computer generated the entire NY city is, to be able to go in to 3D ground mode just about anywhere in the city, and secondly, I couldnt find this gap, no matter what part of the building I looked at.

If it flew through the air, hit a wall, and slid down, then you would see some obvious marks on the walls, you'd think...

If it was placed there, and a rope shot through the gap to the other side, allowing the gear to be dragged along... maybe. But to have the part numbers all clean and nice, facing the camera?? c'mon...

Makes you wonder WHO was pushing for that mosque to be leased there. Seems like a stupid plan gone wrong, and too difficult to 'undo' it.

As you said... plenty of rats in NY.

There is nothing on that piece that resembles anything built for aviation use.

Just take a look at how the cable is attached: its squashed under a bolt.

The rest of the part is made of material way too thin. The nutplates appear to be of home garage use.

At center right are what look like pop rivets not used in commercial aviation construction.

I cannot find any part numbers on the part.

In my opinion, as an FAA rated Airplane and Powerplant Mechanic there is no possibility that this part was used as a working part of a commercially certificated airplane.

My educated guess would be that this piece is part of an older cargo tie-down mechanism commonly used in securing bicycles or motorcycles to trailers or truck beds.

I don't fly anymore for any reason. I just don't like the security procedures.


But the fact that the 787 only has 2 engines and 2 pilots
is much more bothering than the exploding batteries.

So, they found a piece of landing gear wedged between two buildings. Is that a holographic as well, or a plant?

A friend of mine, a Delta pilot, suggested it could have been a sudden load shift or a loss of power on the right side.

The way it just hung there for a bit. Looks like they were on the way to recovery, but needed far more altitude to do so.

So a sudden shift in the cargo might have had this effect?

You have led such an interesting life. Have you written an autobiography and if not would you please do so? Or write about just the more interesting phases like when you worked for the "initialed", government, agencies.
