Fukushima I Nuke Plant: Japan Nuclear Technology Institute Senior Advisor Says “Reactors 1, 2, 3 All Had Complete Meltdown”, EX-SKF, April 30, 20
Michio Ishikawa, the former head of the Japan Nuclear Technology Institute and the current “most senior” advisor to the Institute, appeared on an Asahi TV program on April 29 and shared his candid assessment of Fukushima I Nuke Plant accident.

He is known as one of the most ardent proponents of nuclear power generation. The Japan Nuclear Technology Institute was set up in 2005 by Ishikawa in order to represent the interest of the nuclear industry in Japan and promote nuclear energy.

[...] he continues to insist nuclear power plants are safe and 100 milli-sieverts cumulative radiation is perfectly safe not just for the plant workers but for everyone.

Here are some of the comments he made during the program…

The government announcement is wrong. I think all the fuel rods have been melted down.

Right now, it's the war with radiation. TEPCO's response is horrendous.

Fukushima I Nuke Plant is at war, it's a war zone.

At Fukushima I Nuke Plant, they've been applying minor countermeasures as if it is a normal situation. They need the emergency response.

what difference does it make. Its all in the past and it was covered up. Sheeple are back to work and so what if half of them die in the next 30 years?
I am looking at it from TPTB point of view. All is normal.
Even if you found out that world was on the brink of collapse, its all in the past and will not make a blind bit of difference.

We all knew this already, but definitely pin worthy! Radiation DOOM for realz!

The other problem is they cannot contain these reactors as the shit melted into the rock-bed and is in the water table now constantly streaming radioactive death into the Pacific Ocean (Forever).

Let's face it, we have killed ourselves with our greed and arrogance. Japan has nuked the world and it's oceans for good.

Another female worker at nuke plant exposed to radiation above limit

TOKYO, May 1, Kyodo

Tokyo Electric Power Co. said Sunday that a second female radiation worker at the crisis-hit Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant has been exposed to radiation exceeding the legal limit, after news of the first was reported Thursday.

The worker has no health problems so far and will be seen by a doctor on Monday, it added.

The woman in her 40s has been exposed to a total of 7.49 millisieverts of radiation, against the legal limit for female workers of 5 millisieverts for a three-month period, when she was working at the six-reactor complex following the March 11 earthquake and ensuing tsunami which hit the plant, the utility operating the plant said

Does a compete meltdown mean all the fuel melted to the bottom of the inner chamber, or does it mean it melted through the inner and the outer chamber and into the ground water?

well, as far as the reactors go, it melts through
the steel containment chamber and plops down onto
the concrete floor...

and, what makes Fukushima such a special problem is that
all of the spent fuel ponds have melted down too!

and, to answer your question: at some point, the
melted-down "corium" gets mixed up with so much
melted steel and melted concrete and stuff that
these "contaminants" interrupt the flow of neutrons
enough to stop the "criticality" chain-reactions,
and the corium then starts to cool down.
but that take 6 months to a year, or more...

I see.
Oh I see the dull look in the eyes when I mention Fukushima.
I see the of box pennies near the register.
I see the sports section and the comics.
I remember.
Oh I remember this.

We watched the tragedy unfold
We did as we were told
We bought and sold
It was the greatest show on earth
But then it was over
We ohhed and aahed
We drove our racing cars
We ate our last few jars of caviar
And somewhere out there in the stars
A keen-eyed look-out
Spied a flickering light
Our last hurrah
And when they found our shadows
Grouped around the TV sets
They ran down every lead
They repeated every test
They checked out all the data on their lists
And then the alien anthropologists
Admitted they were still perplexed
But on eliminating every other reason
For our sad demise
They logged the only explanation left
This species has amused itself to death
No tears to cry no feelings left
This species has amused itself to death
