Pastor Wilkerson’s Inspirational Last Words.... One day this will all make sense....
To believe when all means fail is exceedingly pleasing to God and is most acceptable. Those were the last published words of David Wilkerson, founder of World Challenge Ministries.

Charisma News first reported Wilkerson was killed Wednesday in a car accident in East Texas. But his legend will live on through the many books and sermons he delivered.

Here is the text of Wilkerson’s last blog post on David Wilkerson Today. It was posted on April 27, just hours before a head on collision that took his life:

“To believe when all means fail is exceedingly pleasing to God and is most acceptable. Jesus said to Thomas, ‘You have believed because you have seen, but blessed are those that do believe and have not seen’ (John 20:29).

“Blessed are those who believe when there is no evidence of an answer to prayer—who trust beyond hope when all means have failed.

“Someone has come to the place of hopelessness—the end of hope—the end of all means. A loved one is facing death and doctors give no hope. Death seems inevitable. Hope is gone. The miracle prayed for is not happening.

“That is when Satan’s hordes come to attack your mind with fear, anger, overwhelming questions: ‘Where is your God now? You prayed until you had no tears left. You fasted. You stood on promises. You trusted.’

“Blasphemous thoughts will be injected into your mind: ‘Prayer failed. Faith failed. Don’t quit on God—just do not trust him anymore. It doesn’t pay!’

“Even questioning God’s existence will be injected into your mind. These have been the devices of Satan for centuries. Some of the godliest men and women who ever lived were under such demonic attacks.

“To those going through the valley and shadow of death, hear this word: Weeping will last through some dark, awful nights—and in that darkness you will soon hear the Father whisper, ‘I am with you. I cannot tell you why right now, but one day it will all make sense.

You will see it was all part of my plan. It was no accident. It was no failure on your part. Hold fast. Let me embrace you in your hour of pain.’

“Beloved, God has never failed to act but in goodness and love. When all means fail—his love prevails. Hold fast to your faith. Stand fast in his Word. There is no other hope in this world.”

Was David Wilkerson’s Death A Metaphor To Us From God? 05/01/2011

For it is time for judgment to begin with the family of God; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?” 1 Peter 4:17

“See, I am beginning to bring disaster on the city that bears my Name, and will you indeed go unpunished? You will not go unpunished, for I am calling down a sword upon all who live on the earth, declares the Lord Almighty.” Jeremiah 25:29

The judgment of God upon our country, the United States of America has begun, beloved!

My reasoning is that the tornadoes hit in what is affectionately referred to as “The bible belt.” Just about every person I have seen interviewed, that survived, has given the glory to GOD. If you have the chance look up the audio version of a vision given by David Wilkerson in 1973, you will be amazed at how the things that he saw in the vision are now a reality. In this vision God showed David Wilkerson a clear vision of killer tornadoes coming upon the earth, amongst other things.

Why was David Wilkerson’s death on the very same day the tornadoes hit the South? I don’t believe that there are any mistakes with God.

What better day for Pastor Wilkerson to go home to be in God’s presence! I believe his death brought attention to many regarding his 1973 vision. People read about the death, and in researching the man have found information, including the audio of the vision. God always uses more then one thing to bring a point home to us!

Hi Susie,

I thought I would share this excerpt from a message given
a non-Catholic Christian seer today. God speaks about taking someone who is involved in an accident. It may be He's speaking of David Wilkerson, a help for people wondering why.

If you're a "soul sleep" believer, this shows you it is a false teaching.

...This is the day of the great falling away. Many are becoming discouraged, because they look at the apparent strength of the evil one, and not look towards My word. When many pass away from death unto life through accident, many will question "why, Lord, is this happening. If You didn’t protect them, what chance do I have in these end times from the attacks of the enemy." But don’t you know that the death of the saints is quite pleasing to Me. For absence from the body is the intimate presence for you before My throne!...

I think it's clear that God struck him down. He was a liar and a wolf in sheep's clothing, that is why God decided it was time to put an end to his lies.

You can tell a liar by how they quote scripture as if it were fact or the word of God hilself or something; the Bible was written by man and continues to be rewritten by man to this very day.

I've been familiar with Rev Wilkerson's ministry for over 35 years and I found him to be very Godly. What he's foretold and has not come to pass...will.

I also have to say he was one of a very few who stood in the gap for this county and the world and our hedge of protection has been weakened. We will continue seeing destruction on a scale we've not seen before.

The Bible was written by man guided by God. The same for it's
"interpretation." God never gave every Bible reader, every
man the gift to interpret the Bible.

That's a lying heresy called "private interpretation of Scripture."

God gave the gift to interpret the Bible to the Church. The
same Church decided the Canon.

It's truly sad. "Bible Alone" believers which is another heresy spend their lives misinterpreting Scripture and passing that false interpretation on to their children.

The fruit ~ seventy thousand different Churches saying they
each have the Truth.

Can you possibly see this is the reason God established one
Church?

Read a Catholic Bible before you die(no humor). It would
be wise to read the first English Translation of the first
Bible. And the same for reading the footnotes. I've lost
count how many times there was a question at GLP about a
verse in Scripture. And there's the answer explained in
the footnotes. The Church knows, God gave her the gift.

love,

Mary
